The concept of Islamic prayer in Islam means both namaz, that is, ritual prayer, and voluntary prayer (supplication), that is, dua. Daily Islamic prayers are the main way to help a Muslim overcome his difficulties and trials.
Basic Muslim prayers
The creed of Islam is based on some aspects according to which there is an Orthodox Muslim. There are only five such aspects (more on them a little later), and every person who has accepted the teachings of Muslims is obliged to adhere to them. Many Muslim prayers are also dedicated to them.
The main concept of Islam is the commandments, which call to honor Allah and worship him as the only and omnipotent one. And the last prophet Muhammad gives the correct instructions to the believer on how to strictly observe them. Surahs from the Koran are a help to the faithful, where he can find the answer to any of his questions. Muslim prayers: types and rules
Many people know that Islam is built on five pillars: shahada (testimony to Allah), namaz (an obligatory prayer for Muslims), zakat (donation), saum (observance of the holy fast of Ramadan) and hajj (pilgrimage to holy Mecca). And a devout Muslim is simply obliged to adhere to each of these pillars. And if the faithful perform Shahada or Hajj only once in their lives, prayer must be observed every day to the fullest extent of the instructions.
Islamic prayer is called the daily obligatory five-fold prayer, which is read by every devout Muslim at a certain time of the day in a mosque or at home. The ceremony can be performed either in a group or independently.
During the prayer, the believer reads suras from the Koran and dua.
They can have different purposes, for example, to protect the believer from the machinations of the devils, or simply to praise Allah.
Before each prayer, the believer carries out a series of unwavering actions, namely, washes his face, hands and feet, cleanses his prayer place, clothes, thoughts and soul.
All Muslim prayers always begin with the call “Azan”, which foretells to every legitimate Muslim that the time has come for prayer. When Islamic prayer is performed, believers pray on a special prayer mat with the qibla facing towards the Kaaba and Mecca. All main prayers are performed exclusively in Arabic.
As Muslim custom shows, the merciful Allah established five daily Islamic prayers before the great Prophet Muhammad ascended to heaven. He embodied the main sign of faith and the main condition for the success of a Muslim.
If a devout Muslim deliberately and unjustifiably ignores prayer, he will be severely punished, since this is a fundamental and immutable principle of Islam.
Only by correctly reading the fivefold Muslim prayer does a person have the right to enter into direct communication with God, renewing his will with Him.
Because of this, the Quran has a specific prayer cycle, which includes the prayers “al-Subh” (morning), “al-Zuhr” (midday), “al-Asr” (pre-evening), “al-Maghrib” (evening) ) and “al-Isha” (night).

Prayers for some occasions in life
Muslims often have to say certain dua prayers in different life situations. Here are some of them:

- - a prayer for the sending of rain - “O Allah, give us rain that is saving, thirst-quenching, abundant, beneficial and not harmful, quick and not late!”

- - prayer before eating - “In the name of Allah!” or “With the name of Allah at the beginning and end of it!”

Prayers
Small prayers or duas remembering the name of the Almighty can be performed without special preparation or ritual. These include many duas when various circumstances arise: when going on the road, to cleanse the house from filth, after performing namaz, before going to bed, for the deceased, after azan, from the burden of debts, to get married successfully, after waking up in the morning, before and after eating, when meeting with an enemy or ill-wisher, from everything bad, to get pregnant, about forgiveness, from laziness, during the rain, for successfully passing exams and many others that can be found in books-collections of dua, about the prayers of a Muslim.
Also, a Muslim can turn to Allah Almighty at any time by praying to Him about the needs that concern him at the moment. Such a prayer is arbitrary in nature, however, according to the sunnah, it is correct to pronounce the name of Allah at the beginning, praise Him and thank Him, and invoke peace and blessings on the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: “Bismillah. Alhamdulillah. Wa ssayaltu wa ssalamu ala rasulillah,” and also ask forgiveness from the Almighty for your sins.
Dua for damage and evil eye
The best place to turn to Allah with dua against damage and the evil eye is the desert. But it is clear that this is not a mandatory condition. This is generally accepted because in such a place a believer can be absolutely alone and no one or nothing will interfere with his communication with God. To read a dua against damage and the evil eye, a separate room in the house, into which no one will enter, is quite suitable.
Important condition: this type of dua should be read only if you are sure that there is a negative impact on you. If you are haunted by minor failures, then you should not pay attention to them, since they can be sent to you from heaven, as retribution for some misdeed.

If a Muslim goes to a mosque, then he should enter the mosque quietly, since it is forbidden to disturb those who are already praying, and it is also forbidden to walk in front of a Muslim who is praying. When a Muslim is praying outside of his home, he must not disturb other worshippers, must not talk during prayer, and must maintain concentration. It is forbidden to pray while drunk or under the influence of drugs.
Pray in purity
You should pray in a clean place and in clean clothes , and the person praying must also be ritually clean . Before prayer, a Muslim must correctly perform a small or large ablution, in cases where it has been violated. Ablution is violated if a person has relieved himself of minor or major need, has passed gas, has experienced bleeding, vomiting or fainting, as well as for some other reasons.

Cloth
