No matter how confident a person is, he needs external support and faith to win on the path of life. What is hidden under the phrase “faith in man”? How does it manifest itself?

We often have to deal with a situation where people doubt their own abilities and lower their moral and spiritual level. But when people begin to believe in their actions, they have a greater chance of achieving their intended goals. This means that you need to take for granted his kindness and ability to overcome any difficulties in life. An individual who is believed in, in most cases, becomes stronger and achieves the desired heights. If a person is not supported, he simply does nothing and gives up. It is also difficult to rely on those who often do stupid things and act rashly. In particular, this may be due to the manifestation of self-doubt. It is not difficult to believe in another person if you know that he is capable of much.

Faith in a person is a very significant thing in this world. It lies not only in confidence in the individual’s abilities, but also in love for him, a state of calm and peace next to him. But we should not forget that the person himself must make every effort to be believed in.

Even among cultural figures, sports, and politics, there are many clear examples of how an experienced inspirer was able to have a positive impact on a future career.

Faith in a person manifests itself when there is room for action and deeds. You can listen as much as you like and not believe in people, but as soon as a person commits a real act, you must evaluate it. Faith in a person and faith in a person are essentially perceived as the same thing, somewhere these concepts intersect for everyone, but it is still worth clearly understanding what these words specifically mean to you, and what is more important, faith in people or faith in people.

It is worth recognizing that some people are highly dependent on the opinions of others: if someone believes in a person, then the person will move forward. At these moments, a person in whom they sincerely believe is capable of moving mountains and performing heroic deeds. And if a person is constantly persuaded to believe that he will not achieve anything, then this will lead to his complexes and depression.

Therefore, it becomes obvious that any person needs attention, so that there are people nearby who believe in him and support him in a difficult situation. In this case, a person becomes inspired and is able to do much more positive and important, both for his well-being and for the success of society.

Bruce Lee

One of my favorites is Bruce Lee.

At one time I read the book by Bruce Thomas “Bruce Lee. Fighting spirit."

A wonderful biographical story that vividly describes all the difficulties that Bruce Lee faced - when no one believed in him, all plans collapsed, he had to feed his family and there were a lot of debts, when at certain periods he had terrible back pain, and he in general I shouldn't even have the strength to get up and move. At the same time, he acted as if everything was fine with his health, continued to make visualizations in which he was a famous Hollywood actor, studied treatises on fortitude and believed in himself and his dreams. I definitely need to re-read this book in the near future.

Linda, Brandon and Bruce Lee

One of my favorite quotes:

ideology

In mass Gnostic ideologies, faith in God is contrasted with faith in man, as more difficult and worthy of man:

“‘Man—that’s the truth. This is where it all begins and ends. Everything is in man, everything is for man,” wrote Gorky. “Man must recognize himself above lions, tigers, stars, above everything in nature, even above that which is incomprehensible and seems miraculous...” “We are higher beings, and if we really knew the full power of human genius, we would become, like gods!“ “Believing in God is not difficult. The inquisitors, Biron, and Arakcheev believed in him. No, you believe in a person,” wrote Chekhov” [10].

The difficulty with faith in a person arises in ideology and in negative Christianity from hatred and distrust of a neighbor who does not correspond to the ideal.

Jack London

I was greatly impressed by his autobiographical novel Martin Eden, about a sailor who became a famous writer. A very strong story.

Jack London's own youth occurred during a severe economic crisis and unemployment in America, and his life was full of hardships, difficult varied work, hunger, and despair. Where was there before such a whim as writing? But he had his own vision, he really wanted it and worked very hard - 15-17 hours a day.

Colonel Sanders - founder of KFC

Legendary old man. At the age of 62, he lost his small business, which he built after 40 years after a very difficult life, full of unemployment and hardship, and the inability to even finish school.

I often imagine what it would be like to be left without money again at the age of 60, and at that age to go from restaurant to restaurant and offer to try and use his signature seasoning for chicken. At the same time, do not lose heart after the first few dozen failures and continue, continue, and believe in yourself and your idea. From restaurant to restaurant, until finally the hundredth restaurant agreed to pay him 5 cents per chicken, as he asked.

Incredible perseverance led him to the fact that ten years later he sold his business to KFC for $2 million.

#3 – Faith Helps You Discover Your Purpose in Life

The experience of life and all its ups and downs can take its toll on us. Sometimes it is enough to question our very existence. But through all the trials and tribulations that we may face, it is faith that helps us get through in health and prosperity. It helps us move in the right direction, allowing us to discover our purpose in life.

This won't happen overnight. Usually, when we are faced with a difficult situation, it becomes more difficult before changing for the better. Little by little we begin to crack under the pressure of failure until one day we dig deep within ourselves and somehow find the strength we need to get through adversity. This strength comes from our faith. Whether it is your faith in God or in anything else, that faith will set you free.

Everything in life is much easier to survive when we have faith. It is a guiding light that helps us move towards our goal.

Walt Disney

This is, of course, a classic. Walt Disney achieved enormous success, did a bunch of new things that were only in his head and had never existed anywhere in the world before.

I got goosebumps and tears welled up as I re-read parts of his stories now and imagined how he felt at different moments in his life, especially as a little boy. After all, he didn’t just go towards his goal and overcome some fears that he was doing the wrong thing, but he repeatedly put absolutely everything on the line .

Many times he was on the verge of ruin - when he created the first sound and very expensive cartoon "Steamboat Willie" or when he invested 2 million dollars in the first full-length cartoon "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" he practically bankrupted the studio, when he lost the rights to the first cartoon character - the rabbit Oswald, in whom so much effort and money was invested, or when he was planning the world's first fairy-tale amusement park.

By the way, the first Mickey Mouse in “Steamboat Willie” was voiced by Walt himself.

At the same time, he still had to earn a lot of money in order to be able to create and make his dreams come true. “I don't make films just to make money. I make money to make movies,” said Walt Disney.

The brutal beatings of little Walt by his father as a child were brightened up by his mother reading bedtime stories. There was no money for paper and pencils for his favorite drawing - he drew with sticks on the ground or on toilet paper, and he also constantly received money for this from his father. Once he even ran away from home at the age of 8, but he was found and returned. For 6 years he delivered mail and advertising brochures for his father’s company in any weather, and had to give all the money to his father. In order to have his own money for his favorite hobbies, he “simply” began to take on 2 times more work in secret from his father.

He found a way out of any troubles and difficult situations and turned them to his advantage.

Having learned that, due to the unscrupulousness of his business partners, he did not have the rights to the first character, Oswald, he became enraged, threw out all the drawings with him and told his former partners that “there are many more characters living where he came from.”

Free intensive course - “Order in the head - order in life . Just one time. 26 July. Join right away. How to remove 30% of energy drain every day and deal with what is happening in your life.

After some time, he is overwhelmed by the idea of creating an incredible fairy-tale amusement park. They came up with this idea together with their daughters. “We believed in our idea of a family park where parents and children can have fun together,” Walt said. He also said, “Disneyland will never be finished, it will continue to grow as long as the imagination in the world lasts.”

Walt Disney was the first to create the first full-length animated films. He created about 700 cartoons and was awarded an Oscar 29 (!) times. A man who did not have a single normal toy as a child managed to create a huge fairyland. The scale of the realization of what was in his head is amazing.

#5 – It serves as a path to finding solutions.

Faith is the path to finding solutions in life. Keep in mind that humans were created to thrive, not just survive. If you just survive, you have the potential to gain much more. You have a path to all your decisions, and that path is imbued with faith and expectation that something greater will happen in the future.

No matter what the situation is, no matter how bad or terrible it may seem, your faith can and will get you through it. You must accept this as a fact and hold on to the expectation of future positive changes. Keep working on yourself and looking for answers so that you can resolve any situation you may encounter in your life.

If you really want something in life, and you have a good enough reason why you absolutely must achieve it, then faith is what will help you achieve everything you strive for. She lives in the depths of your heart. Never give up on your expectations and dreams just because you face some difficulties. Rely on your faith and you will soon understand why having unshakable faith is so important in life.

Thomas Edison and his 2000 light bulbs

The example of the inventor of the light bulb is also well known to everyone.

When at a press conference dedicated to the new invention, he was asked:

- Tell me, Mr. Edison, what is it like to fail two thousand times in a row trying to create one light bulb?

He replied:

“Young man, I didn’t make mistakes two thousand times when creating this light bulb.” I have discovered one thousand nine hundred and ninety nine ways NOT to make a light bulb.

Well that's amazing)

Henry Ford

Henry Ford, the “father of the automobile industry,” is known for being able to make the car mass-produced and affordable. And in his time it was bordering on fantasy, like making an airplane available to the public today. For the sake of his idea, he was the first to realize the ability to produce highly complex mechanisms using an assembly line method and generally overcame a huge number of large and small obstacles, believing in his idea.

He also had a difficult childhood, a job he didn’t like very much on the farm, and a tough father who didn’t love him. But quite early he married his beloved wife Clara, who for many years provided him with unconditional support in everything. She believed in his success even more than he did and devoted a lot of time to his affairs, without interfering in them.

When Ford was once asked if he would like to live another life, he will answer this way: “Only if he can marry Clara again.”

Henry Ford saw his mission as improving people's lives, because for him cars were not only machines, but also a source of joy. And when journalists asked him what such a rich man could want, Ford answered them like this:

“I would like to improve the world by living in it.”

When his successful production was supplanted by competitors following in his footsteps, he was for some time on the verge of ruin. But he did not give up and released a new car model, which again became very successful.

Henry Ford is also known for his wonderful quotes.

“Failure is an opportunity. You can start all over again, but taking into account the mistakes you’ve made” “Our failures are more instructive than our successes”

“Obstacles are scary things that appear when you stop looking at your goal.”

“Failures only give you a reason to start again and smarter. There is no shame in honest failure. The fear of failure is shameful."

“The past is the past. He's gone. If yesterday’s methods don’t work, it’s time to come up with new ones.” “They are everywhere - these strange people who don’t know that yesterday is yesterday, and who wake up every morning with last year’s thoughts in their heads.”

“If you have passion, you can accomplish anything. Enthusiasm is the basis of any progress."

“When it seems like the whole world is against you, remember that the plane takes off against the wind!”

“People give up much more often than they fail.”

“Quality is doing something right, even when no one is looking.”

“Thinking about the future, the desire to do more, puts the mind in a state where it seems that nothing is impossible

“If you do what you always do, you will get what you always got”

“The air is full of ideas. They are constantly knocking on your head. You just have to know what you want, then forget it and do your thing. The idea will come suddenly. It's always been like that."

“The best job is a highly paid hobby”

“Nothing is particularly difficult if you divide the work into small parts.”

“Old people always advise young people to save money. This is bad advice. Don't save nickels. Invest in yourself. I never saved a dollar in my life until I was forty.”

"I want it. So it will be"

Faith in man

Support goes a long way. If you encourage people and remind them of their virtues, this can directly affect their fate . In the absence of faith in actions and ideas, the incentive to implement any plans is lost.

Scientists conducted a study and proved one interesting fact. Psychologists have found that if they did not believe in a child, it was much more difficult for him to study, he suffered a large number of failures and began to think that he was not capable of anything. Therefore, faith in loved ones is one of the most important processes in life. This means hoping for their best qualities.

Of course, there are cases when faith is already lost; it is constantly undermined by rash and base actions. For example, someone close to you may constantly deceive and not justify your trust. Then you need to think about what exactly could have caused this result. It is likely that he was never supported and had no expectations from childhood. In this case, you need to truly believe in him, and after a while he himself will be glad to change .

Sincere, bright feelings can never cause harm. There are no ideal people, but they need to sincerely strive to change for the better. Anyone wants to be believed in, so they should be supported and given the opportunity to prove themselves.

Faith makes the soul better, inspires and inspires, pacifies and motivates. At all times she performed miracles.

People may believe in a legend, a fairy tale, or a non-existent animal. But it is also important to believe in your loved one, in his actions, which can bring really good results. Perhaps this is the only way to make the world a better place.

Joanne Rowling

JK Rowling's story is amazing too.

She wrote her first fairy tale at the age of 5, and her classmates remember her as a girl living in a fantasy world. She says she wrote off Hermione when she was 11 years old.

But at some point she had to show remarkable faith in herself and her fairy tales.

Her husband kicked her out with a child who was several months old, her mother died a long time ago, she did not communicate with her father, and in such a situation, without money, without work, without a family, she found herself completely alone, except perhaps with the help of her sister. With benefits she could only pay for a tiny apartment and the cheapest food. Then her husband decided to take the child away from her, but, fortunately, she won the case.

Everyone laughed at her and her “scribbles” and advised her to find a normal job.

Joan had a long and severe depression, and she considered herself the biggest loser in the world.

"Harry Potter" was rejected not so many times - 12 times in a row, but this would be enough for anyone in this situation. It was published miraculously - only because the publisher’s little daughter read the first chapter and wanted a sequel. The first circulation was only a thousand copies and half were sent free to libraries. The editor advised Joan to get a proper job because "children's books aren't selling anymore."

“I was still alive, I had a growing daughter, and I also had an old typewriter and a big idea. On this solid foundation I rebuilt my life.”

But very quickly, even with such a first printing, the novel was recognized as “the best children's book of the year” in the UK.

And in 2011, crazy circulation allowed Rowling to become the world's first female author to earn $1 billion from her work.

Almost 20 years have passed since the release of the first Harry Potter book.

She once barely lived on £77 a month and managed not to give up. Now JK Rowling earns much more than even £77 a minute. The Harry Potter series has become the best-selling series in history, second only to the Bible. The Harry Potter brand is valued at $15 billion.

In addition to fairy tales, Joan also writes adult novels, and even under a male pseudonym she publishes detective stories, on the basis of which a series will be based on the BBC One channel.

In her 2008 Harvard commencement address, Rowling talked about how things don't always work out on the first try:

“My biggest fear at your age was not poverty, but failure.

There is no need to be afraid of failures - they are inevitable.

It is impossible to live and not fail, unless you live so cautiously that you are, in fact, not living at all - in which case you obviously fail.”

“If I want to go get drunk now, I won’t need Jesus.”

July 28, 2021 | 20:56| Obvious things Faith seems to give a person hope and peace of mind. Nietzsche said: “The habit of mental principles without any reason is called faith.” Who to believe? What to believe? On the Day of the Baptism of Rus', “Dialogue” learned from a Pastafarian, a Buddhist, two atheists, a theology teacher and a priest what they mean by the concept of “faith.”

Vladimir Volokhonsky, follower of the Pastafarian Church (Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster)

We have eight “I wish you hadn’t.” This determines our not very high moral principles, since there are only eight of them - two more were lost. My favorite recommendation is this: “It would be better if you didn’t fight the bad ideas of others on an empty stomach. Eat and go to these bastards.” As a rule, faith is something individual that is inside you. Religion is what is outside, what is connected with the church in the first place. And faith is my subjective world, subjective impressions, conviction in the existence of a higher power.

You can hurt anyone's feelings if you put some effort into it. That is, it is not directly related to faith. Another thing is that I don’t see the point in separately somehow protecting the feelings of believers. I don’t think that believers have a separate right to protect their feelings, compared to, say, vegetarians. To be honest, I don’t know if it’s possible to hurt the feelings of atheists. I'm not an atheist. But I suspect that if you talk at length and passionately about the fact that man was created by God or, say, the Flying Spaghetti Monster, the feelings of atheists may be hurt. Faith gives some confidence in the future. I know that the Flying Spaghetti Monster will not leave me.

Dora Milchina and Polina Kim, atheists

DM: I believe in myself, in the fact that everything depends on the person himself, his actions, his actions. And no higher powers influence this, because if I now want to go get drunk, I will not need Jesus, who will make me wine from water, or his moral teachings that getting drunk is bad.

The concepts of faith and religion are different. Religion is a belief in something supernatural, divine. In general, into the non-existent. And faith is a feeling. It can be for anything and anyone. Religion is based on faith. The feelings of believers can probably be hurt, just like my sense of common sense. Of course, I don’t take any actions, I’m such a passive atheist, but I really shake when I see how people kiss these relics, fall to their knees in front of icons, and write posters on May 9 “Thank God for the victory.” It infuriates me, it offends me that there are people who seem to be stuck in the Middle Ages. I rarely realize that I believe in anything. I try not to believe, so as not to be upset later because of unjustified expectations. It is better to think that there is nothing after death, and then suddenly end up in heaven, than to believe in heaven, and then realize that it does not exist.

PC: I don't believe in anything related to mysticism or the supernatural. I have no religious experiences. Actually, this is the essence of atheism. I believe in human intelligence, honor and dignity. That's all. In my understanding, faith is definitely different from religion, but the latter includes the former. At least that's how it's positioned. Religion is a system of organizing and managing people who believe or only consider themselves such, and sometimes even non-believers, because in society relatives can put pressure on the thesis “this is how it should be, this is how it is necessary, these are the traditions.” And the religion-system has been following the established pattern for centuries, has a strict hierarchy and its own foundations, controls the behavior and moral values of parishioners. Faith itself is deeply subjective, irrational and individual. Moreover, it does not particularly depend on any orders or certain rituals. It's more of an internal experience.

Honestly, I think the phrase “insulting the feelings of believers” is absolute nonsense. You can insult a religion: burn down a church, for example, but what is the insult? In difference of opinions? Is the faith and religiosity of individual characters so tender that it can be shaken by someone's joke or indecent comment? Or might God, who is supposed to be a supernatural being, be offended in some way? But he positions himself as omnipotent, and believers think that he is omnipotent. Why not deal with the offenders yourself. As one of the Christian commandments says: “Do not make yourself an idol,” here idols are the most revered feelings. There is criminal liability for insult to personality, for threats, for violence, vandalism, terrorism, violation of public order, and it seems to me that this is quite enough to protect one’s person.

It is impossible to hurt the feelings of an atheist, because atheism is not a religion. Atheism is the absence of mystical faith. If anything can be insulted, it is common sense, but the law does not work in this direction. Religious-mystical faith does not give anything, but the fact that I adhere to my moral principles gives me models of behavior with people and the ability to make decisions. This is what faith or religiosity usually gives people. The only difference is that I make do with my own resources.

Dmitry Levitsky, priest of the Church of the Dormition of the Mother of God

First of all, faith in God is a gift from God. There are these words in the Holy Scripture: “By grace you have been saved through faith, and this is God’s gift to me from you,” this faith is God’s gift. And, since a person is turned to eternity, faith carries a religious meaning. There are superstitions, that is, vain faith, and there is faith, first of all, in God, in the source of life. Faith is always associated with trust in God. Faith without works is dead, so it presupposes an active life.

The word “religion” translated from Latin means “a person’s connection with God.” A religious person is a believer. And this connection is given to us, first of all, as parents. We serve from birth, and God is the source of birth. The Lord gives life through us.

It is possible to offend the feelings of believers; this has happened in history. And for atheists... How to offend him? Just don't talk to him and that's it. Only if he himself is offended. How can you insult him? There is no such person as an unbeliever, there is only a deluded person. And the deluded one will listen. And, in any case, if the conversation is friendly, there is no insult. There is an insult only when there is anger, irritation, and the like.

My faith makes life different. Thanks to faith, you see life through the prism of eternity. Every minute that comes is the future, and this future is given to us from above. Every coming day is the future. Let's look at time and we will see that there is time and at the same time it is not. Present time is equal to one second. A second came to us from eternity and went into eternity, therefore we are involved in eternity. It’s all interconnected – both faith and events in eternity. A person, when he comes to faith, sees himself not only as original on earth, but his life has an existence from above, given to us from the Lord.

Igor Bondarenko, Buddhist

I believe in people, in laws, in everything. I am a Buddhist, but I can’t say that this is a religion, everything is much more complicated. And one cannot say that this is faith.

It is possible to hurt the feelings of believers. At the lowest level, it would be an insult to a person. On a high level, they will suffer because other people behave stupidly. You can hurt the feelings of any people and even animals. You can offend anyone, including small children, but this will not mean that you behaved wrongly with them, they just do not understand everything. Even a Buddhist would not like to be insulted. Even if he doesn't show it, it will still hurt him. And when it hurts, it’s bad, it won’t lead to anything good.

There are different atheists. There are those who simply have not found themselves, those who deny everything, but they have a big ego, they think that believers are sick and lead such a lifestyle to justify their actions and stupid life. I respect atheists, I have nothing against them, there is simply no need to impose anything on anyone. Buddhists don't come to other people's houses. It will be unpleasant for everyone if they come to their house and start promoting something.

Faith comes in different forms. It happens on different levels. Faith is the foundation on which you stand. You can stand on different platforms. A true platform consists of real things. Faith gives confidence and a lot in general. For example, when China conquered Tibet, they checked whether a monk was a saint or not in this way: the Chinese locked the monk in a dungeon and did not feed him. If he survived, he was a saint. Then they saw this monk on the streets, locked him up again and saw him on the streets again. The monks simply walked through the walls. Faith at one level gives confidence, at another it gives rules of behavior, and at the highest level it is a true understanding of the world. Again, these questions cannot be answered definitively.

Ivan Bakunin, teacher at the Orthodox St. Tikhon Humanitarian University

I can read you the “Creed” of the Orthodox Church. This is a list of what I believe in, in addition to the fact that Spartak Moscow will remain champions this season too.

Faith is a broader concept; there is non-religious faith. For working purposes, you can use the following definition: faith is agreement with something without exhaustive evidence. Very often this agreement is also colored by values. That is, I not only agree that something is happening, but I want it to be exactly that way. But religion and religious faith are a narrower concept. You can use the definition of religion given by Sergei Trubetskoy: religion is the organized worship of higher powers, not only the belief that these forces exist, but also a certain activity of the will aimed at restoring certain relationships with these forces. Belief in the existence of higher powers, provided that a person allows this belief to influence his daily life, is a religious belief, a special case of faith in general.

The feelings of believers, of course, can be hurt. It's difficult with atheists. The feelings of an atheist, like any other person, can be hurt. Another issue is that atheists, from their own point of view, have no religious feelings. If they are not adherents of any religion - and this is exactly how they position themselves - they do not believe in the existence of any higher powers and, accordingly, do not seek to establish some kind of relationship with them, then what kind of religious feelings of atheists can we talk about? ? They simply don't have them. They have feelings, naturally, like all other people: love for their homeland, civic position and much, much more. And these feelings, of course, can be hurt, insulted, and, like all citizens of our state, they must be protected from insults. If we are talking about insulting specific religious feelings, only a religious person has them. In principle, an atheist cannot have them.

Faith gives me confidence that life is not just a random dance of microparticles. Faith fills life with meaning, answers the question of why a person lives, what he strives for. If you want, it allows you to write down the life of each person in eternity and makes it significant for the universe as a whole. Religion is a daring attempt to believe that the life of each individual person is significant for the fate of the entire universe.

Kate DiCamillo

The famous children's writer, who was twice awarded the highest US award for a work for children - the Newbery, was rejected by publishers approximately 450 times (!) before publishing her first book. For six years (!) she sent out texts and received refusals. She began writing at the age of 30, when she got a job in a book warehouse.

When she speaks to children, she always says: “Imagine if I had stopped then, given up after yet another refusal.”

“In college, teachers praised my writing, but I was wrong when I thought I had talent. Much later I realized that talent has nothing to do with it, everything is achieved through hard work. That's why I write 5 days a week, 2 pages each. I’m always reluctant to write, but I’m very happy when I get these two pages.”

Her most famous fairy tales are “The Adventures of Despereaux the Mouse”, “The Amazing Journey of Edward the Rabbit”, “How the Elephant Fell from the Sky”, “The Soaring Tiger”, “Thank You Winn-Dixie”, about Mila Pig and others.

“There must be expectation and anticipation inside. We must live in hope, bathe in it.”

“Open your heart,” she said softly. - Someone will come. Someone will come for you, for sure. But first you must open your heart."

Kate DiCamillo "The Wonderful Journey of Edward Rabbit"

Winston Churchill

Towards the end I still remembered Winston Churchill with his memorable speech.

There is either a story floating around the Internet, or a real story, that when he was invited to give a speech and he was already about 90 years old, and a lot of people gathered from all over, especially to listen to the most famous Englishman, he came out and said only

"Never, never, never, never give up."

And the people were shocked that this was the whole speech for which they came) But this was the concentrated main wisdom that he took from his life.

In other sources, there was no such short speech at all, but he gave a long speech to the students of Harrow College in 1941, during which he said:

“Over the past 10 months, terrible and catastrophic events have occurred in the world - our defeats and failures <...></…>

But what we have experienced during this time should serve as a lesson to everyone - I am addressing the School - the absolute lesson of these 10 months is: never give in, never give in, never, never, never - in anything, not in anything big, not in small, neither great nor petty - never give in to anything other than your honor and common sense.

Never give in to force; never give in to the enemy's seeming invincibility. We stood alone a year ago and in many countries many believed that our song was finished and we were dead. All our traditions, the history of our School, as part of the history of our country - all this is irretrievably destroyed and lost. We’re not in the same mood today...”

Try, imagine the situation - during the war, German planes begin to bomb London, everyone around is pressing, those close to him demand that Churchill surrender.

They tell him:

“Don't you see that with every new bomb many British people are dying? Capitulate, the Germans will win anyway. Resistance only leads to unnecessary bloodshed, for which you are responsible. Look, your people are suffering greatly because of your stubbornness. Be reasonable..."

Churchill shook his fists at the German bombers that night and shouted: “You will not defeat me. I never give up. Never, never, never!”

#4 – Faith Conquers Stress, Anxiety, and Fear

It's easy to let stress, anxiety, and fear rule our lives. We go from moment to moment, worrying about this or that. Sometimes these worries manifest themselves in stressful situations, causing not only mental suffering, but also physical problems. There is a clear and documented link between stress and an increased likelihood of disease and illness.

When we allow our mind to move unimpeded into this realm, we cannot tell what damage we may suffer. But faith helps keep these things under control. Even when we have no reason to believe that things will get better, it is only through faith that our situation in difficult situations improves.

Learn to have faith and use it to cope with stress, anxiety and fear. Think back to situations in the past when you experienced something you thought was insurmountable. Believe and expect good things to happen, and they will indeed happen. This doesn't mean ignoring problems, it's about having confidence that your situation will improve.

And, I also really like the example of the eternally young, beautiful, brave, prolific Jared Leto - an excellent actor with an Oscar and other awards, ready to lose weight and gain weight and radically change for the sake of his roles, the vocalist of the very popular group “30 seconds to Mars”, screenwriter and director, rock climber, artist, person with a lot of hobbies.

From his interview in Evening Urgant.

— Regarding the single that you launched into the space station. Jared, please tell us about this.

- Well, yes, that’s usually how it is with me.
