He teaches us to fervently pray to God, greeting the fiery sunrise, he himself thanked the Lord in the temple with the first rays of the sun, bringing his prayer of praise with the awakening world together. For this reason, let us sing: Rejoice, most wonderful, / as you greeted the dawn with a prayer of thanksgiving to God! Rejoice, O praiser of God, / having made every breath of yours through the praise of God in the Trinity! Rejoice, faithful one, / and teach us to pray unceasingly! Rejoice, venerable one, / having perfected your soul through the labor of prayerful standing! Rejoice, O righteous one, / for there is no sin in labor, O preacher! Rejoice, the accuser, / the lie that gives rise to laziness and negligence, the one who angrily rejects! Rejoice, warrior, / cutting off the deadly root of spiritual corruption! Rejoice, you who are the verb of God’s truth, / showing eternal truths to us, like children, by the example of your life! KONDAC 10. You appeared to heal the diseases of hell, showing the holiness of your life invisibly. And more than any evil, you taught to run away from envy, calling the sorrow of this sin a spear of the devil, piercing the heart. With many tears of repentance, intense fasting and prayers, you taught to overcome the enemy, and most of all, you showed contempt for pleasing the flesh and the abolition of voluptuousness to the sick as a treatment. For this reason, let us gratefully cry out to God: Alleluia, alleluia, glory to Thee, O God. IKOS 10. Always before the gaze of the intelligent heart, you saw the suffering of the Russian people, during your life as a martyr, in the flesh of a martyr you walked the earth incorruptibly, and after your dormition you did not leave us. To a married couple who were grieving and were not worthy of your blessing during your lifetime, you appeared after your dormition, blessing them with your own eyes in the Diveyevo church at the relics of the Venerable Seraphim. For this reason, let us sing: Rejoice, consolation, / who transforms our sorrows into joy! Rejoice, holy one, for on your murdered body, as on your relics, the Divine Liturgy was served! Rejoice, O sufferer, / the only living antimension in the universe! Rejoice, martyr, / resurrected after the Liturgy was celebrated on your relics! Rejoice, O righteous one, / herald of Eternal Life with the Lord! Rejoice, earthly angel, / of the Kingdom of God even during your lifetime! Rejoice, you who tried to decorate your earthly bitter life with the beauties of the Kingdom of Heaven! Rejoice, O beautifier, who brought comfort to sorrowful people! Rejoice, elder Nikolai Zalitsky, / radiance of the Russian people to the conscience and Divine Love! KONDAC 11. And after your death, you accept the repentance of repentant hearts, absolving sins and giving spiritual communion. Thus, at the Last Judgment, you promised your intercession to everyone who with faith and love asks you for salvation. For this reason, giving thanks to the Lord, let us cry out: Alleluia, alleluia, glory to Thee, O God. IKOS 11. Through your prayers you send coolness to those who labor in the heat of the earth, a helper and intercessor for all who turn to your holy prayers in the hope of their hearts. You are a living testimony of God's mercy, O new martyr of Christ, having endured torment from the authorities and armies of the lawless earth and from evil people for your great service of saving the Russian people. The Most Pure Virgin Mary, as the chosen vessel of grace, indicated you, and commanded all those living on earth to receive a blessing from you with a great commandment. And therefore, fulfilling obedience to the Ever-Virgin, you appear to all those who mourn and were not worthy of your blessing during your life, and give them a blessing with love, like a living person. For this reason let us cry out: Rejoice, successor of the grace of the seraphim! Rejoice, pre-eminent vessel of the Divine Spirit! Rejoice, filled with Christ's Love! Rejoice, overshadowed by the creative right hand! Rejoice, you who preached God in the Trinity throughout your entire life! Rejoice, for you bow down the heavens to the repentant! Rejoice, you who speak God's mercy to the saved! Rejoice, you who make the heavens attentive to hearing our repentance! Rejoice, elder Nikolai Zalitsky, / radiance of the Russian people to the conscience and Divine Love! KONDAC 12. Thus, in the Church of the Most Holy Trinity in Diveevo, he himself testified that you are Archpriest Nicholas. The Lord Himself, affirming this testimony, is more holy than God, and through your blessing you have bestowed the great joy of grace and consolation. For this reason, a new lamp of Christ, shining throughout the universe, has appeared, a flaming successor to the grace of Seraphim of Sarov. Knowing this, the enemy of the salvation of the human race, even during your life, built many feats against you. For this you have endured imprisonment, much suffering, deprivation, nakedness, and murder. As assurance of the general resurrection, you rose from the dead after serving the Divine Liturgy on your relics. You have been honored with this grace of God, for you have appeared as a great vessel of Divine grace to those who come to you with faith and love. And we will cry out to the Lord: Alleluia, alleluia, glory to Thee, O God. IKOS 12. Burning with zeal for God, like a fiery seraphim, the herald of the Unwashed Judgment appeared with a terrible denunciation of sinful life. Indicating the memory of death, you preached standing before the Lord at all times. For this reason, for the sake of frivolity and fussiness, being a skilled doctor, like Seraphim, teach how to make spiritual purchases, without material treasures, but having Christ as the only treasure for salvation. Such a dispensation of heaven is visible, let us sing: Rejoice, teacher of holiness, / You have brought many souls purified from sin to the Kingdom of God! Rejoice, beautifier/ organizer of the heavenly mansions! Rejoice, bright cherub, / preserving your flock in mystery! Rejoice, guardian, / who saved the sheep of Christ for eternity! Rejoice, good shepherd, / the holy, God-bearing Russian who laid down his soul for the people! Rejoice, truly, / for one repentant soul who raised many deeds, tears and sufferings! Rejoice, teacher, / teaching frivolous old women to think about eternity! Rejoice, teacher, / of the fussy life, like a demonic one, denouncing the current! Rejoice, elder Nikolai Zalitsky, / radiance of the Russian people to the conscience and Divine Love!
KONDAC 13. Oh, righteous Saint Nicholas! You are the conscience of the Russian people, our courage and consolation! You are the All-Light radiance of Divine Love! For this sake, let us sing to the Lord, who raised us such a lamp and intercessor for salvation: Alleluia, alleluia, glory to Thee, O God. (kontakion three times). And packs IKOS 1, KONDAC 1. PRAYER. Oh, our wonderful old man Nikolai Zalitsky! Gather us, the orphans, here on earth in the sorrows and suffering of those who exist, just as you gather the kokosh under your krill! And just as you fed the birds of heaven in your many-sorrowful life, so feed us with the heavenly food of salvation in eternal life. Intercede for our souls at the Last Judgment of the Lord and be our intercessors! May we cry out together with you in God’s imperishable peace, glorifying and praising our God in the Trinity, who sent you to us as the light of His Wisdom and inexhaustible Mercy: Alleluia, alleluia, glory to Thee, O God.
