The Creator and Lord of angels in the days of great troubles and misfortunes that swept our country from the wicked kingdom of the Hagarians, desiring to grant consolation to the suffering people, revealed you, Prince Daniel, as a red fruit from the loins of the Grand Duke Alexander; People, filled with joy at your birth, cried out to you:

Rejoice, the people of the city of Vladimir rejoiced at your birth; Rejoice, foretelling the coming glory of Moscow.

Rejoice, chosen one of God; Rejoice, rule of pious faith.

Rejoice, image of spiritual meekness; Rejoice, O God, for you have known our true Father since childhood.

Prayer 1

High praise to the Church of Christ, the insurmountable wall of the city of Moscow, Divine affirmation to the Russian powers, Reverend Daniel. Flowing to the race of your relics, we fervently pray to you: look upon us, who sing your memory and come running with faith under the shelter of your prayers. Pour out your warm petition to the Savior of all, so that he may establish peace in our country, its cities and towns, and may this monastery preserve goodness, planting piety and love in your people, while eradicating anger, civil strife and corruption of morals; Grant to all of us all that is good for temporary life and eternal salvation through your prayers, so that we glorify the wondrous Christ our God in His saints forever and ever. Amen.

Prayer 2

Oh, servant of God, holy and faithful Prince Daniel, the fragrant flower of the garden of Christ, the gentle star of the church sky, the heavenly mind of our earth, the wise creator of the city of Moscow and our power. Warm to God, quick to help, merciful in need, we fall to you and pray to you: be our vigilant representative before the Throne of God’s glory. Gather us together, so that everyone can share in the sorrows of their neighbor with unfeigned love. Heavenly our minds, yes, having rejected the heavy yoke of earthly cares, let us love the light burden of Christ's Gospel. Open our eyes, so that we may see the imperishable beauty of the Lord and may we not be alienated from the life of God. May the quietness of the Spirit of God guard our hearts. May the spring of repentance brighten our affairs.

Merciful and generous prince, save our country, your city and those who pray to you here from all misfortunes, from enemies visible and invisible, from destruction and famine, from internecine strife and sudden death. Open to us the doors of God's mercy and deliver us from all evil. Taking refuge under the strong cover of your goodness, we pray: give us a quiet refuge in sorrow. Cover us with your prayers. Keep us from the falls of sin and error, so that with a contrite heart, a humble spirit in sorrow and joy, we cry: Lord, through the intercession of Thy Reverend One, have mercy on us. Amen.

Prayer to buy an apartment or house

Turning to the Lord God in the form of prayer has been valued for a long time. People pray every minute before the image of the Most High, or the Son of God, or the Virgin Mary, or the saints of God. They ask God about the most secret things, about what worries them at this moment, at this hour.

Some people believe that you can only ask the Almighty for healing from an incurable disease, or for family well-being. Some people think that God doesn’t help at all. But that's not true. The Lord helps everyone, you just need to ask him correctly for God’s grace. Turning to God contributes to the acquisition of material goods such as real estate.

The real estate market is overflowing with offers for the sale of housing for every taste: floor, number of rooms, location of the house - you can find everything. And just like that, flipping through millions of advertisements, you involuntarily catch yourself thinking - everything is not right. I want to find exactly what you want, exactly what you need.

If you, too, are faced with a similar problem, be sure to contact the Mother of God, or the Son of the Lord, with a prayer for help in order to buy a good apartment.

Prayer to Nicholas the Wonderworker for finding his own home

Nikolai Ugodnik is God’s helper, highly revered by the Orthodox Church. People turn to him for help in many situations: from the simplest - how to make a certain choice, to such critical ones - such as a serious illness. In any life situation, including the purchase of housing, Saint Nicholas helps everyone who turns to him.

How to contact Nicholas the Ugodnik, how to pray to him correctly:

  • To ask for help from the Wonderworker Nicholas, you need to light a candle in an Orthodox church near the icon of His Holiness,
  • say the Lord's Prayer to yourself,
  • and only then address your request directly to Nikolai:

“O our good shepherd and God-wise mentor, Saint Nicholas of Christ! Hear us sinners (names) praying to you and calling for your speedy intercession for help: see us weak, caught from everywhere, deprived of every good and darkened in mind from cowardice. Strive, O servant of God, do not leave us in the sinful captivity of being, so that we will not joyfully be our enemy and not die in our evil deeds. Pray for us, unworthy of our Creator and Master, to whom you stand with disembodied faces: make God merciful to us ours in this life and in the future, may He not reward us according to our deeds and the impurity of our hearts, but rather reward us according to His goodness.

We trust in your intercession, we boast of your intercession, we call upon your intercession for help, and falling to your most holy image, we ask for help: deliver us, saint of Christ, from the evils that come upon us, so that for the sake of your holy prayers the attack will not overwhelm us and we will not be desecrated in the abyss of sin and in the mud of our passions. Pray to Saint Nicholas of Christ, Christ our God, that he may grant us a peaceful life and remission of sins, salvation and great mercy for our souls, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.”

Turning to the Lord’s help in difficult life situations is not only possible, but even necessary. The Lord helps everyone who asks for his help. A prayer to God’s Most Holy Helpers has the same power as an appeal to the Almighty, but it is important that before making your request, be sure to read the “Our Father” prayer, and only then ask for help.

God will hear everyone, help everyone who suffers, and bestow God’s grace on everyone in need. The Lord is all-merciful. Sincerely, with pure thoughts, without dirt in your soul, seek the Lord’s advice and everything will certainly happen in the best way.

Finding your own home, in our time, is very problematic, but diligent work and prayers will help everyone get what they want - their own cozy nest.

God bless you!
