Why do some die earlier and others later?

I thought before, and especially now, that man doesn’t live long in this world. And it's not a matter of fear of death. She doesn't scare me. Or so it seems to me. In any case, thoughts in my head are spinning about something else. I don’t know about you, but it wasn’t until closer to fifty dollars that I formed a more or less integral idea of the world. It’s like he just came out of childhood. And the churchyard, over there, already appeared on the horizon. So why do people die early? Why does a person have such a short life?

The answer to this question was found from the Commissioner of Qatar. I won’t say that it satisfied me one hundred percent, but it seemed interesting. Listen:

“Have you ever wondered why people live so little? The answer is simple. You yourself are part of the force that is waiting for your return and wants to see you. What I mean is that people’s fear of death is inspired precisely by church canons, and not by the laws of the universe. The source must always run and serve people, and not be locked at night when the needs are finished, and even more so not spilled for the sake of selling its water.”

You should immediately clarify which source you are talking about. Qatar has a colorful and vibrant image behind it. He recalls a parable in which a young man asks a priest: “Why go to church if God is everywhere?” And he quotes the priest’s answer: “Water is present everywhere, but to drink we go to the source.”

It would seem that everything is logical, he argues further. But once you dig deeper, the cunning of the priest’s answer becomes obvious. After all, the source runs regardless of the church it represents, not according to its will or desire.

We all die?

Absolutely every person, and indeed any other creature, is a temporary guest in this world. Some are lucky enough to stay here for a longer period of time, while others leave immediately after birth, and no matter how sad and painful this may be, both options are normal, since this is exactly what nature intended, and to deceive her is No one has ever managed to live forever.

Representatives of the fair sex manage to stay in this world the longest - they occupy the first 19 lines of the list of centenarians on our planet with a record of 122 years, owned by the Frenchwoman Jeanne Calment. For most of us, this figure is unattainable - the average life expectancy of women in the world is 74.9 years, and for men - 70.4 years, in Europe - 83.9 and 78.3, respectively, and in Russia it is something in between - 77.8 and 67.8 years.

However, compared to the majority of mammals, which include humans, everything is not so bad for us - yes, we are not bowhead whales with their 200 or more years, but we are not close in size to the Great Dane, for which 10 is already a feat, and 15 is a record.

Why can’t we live forever or at least a hundred or two years longer? Let’s try to figure this out and understand how, why and why people die, what kind of death you can try to avoid, and why you still won’t be able to escape it.

We will not touch on religious assumptions, convictions and beliefs - we will focus only on what is scientifically proven and confirmed by facts - the most reliable of all possible sources.

End of life from a scientific point of view

From the point of view of modern science, death is a mechanism invented by nature that ensures a change of generations and protects the planet from overpopulation. Death is the cessation of all biological processes that occur in the human body during life. But there are very, very many reasons for this stop. People die not only from diseases, but also from accidents or at the hands of other people. If all this can be avoided, then the person dies of old age, that is, a natural death.

What is death?

From a medical point of view, death is the cessation of the body's vital functions. After blood stops circulating throughout the body, delivering nutrients, fluid and oxygen to the organs and tissues, their cells simply cannot continue their work and die, and after this happens to our brain, we, our personality, also die ceases to exist.

Consciousness gradually fades, and the person goes into oblivion, about which none of those who remained here know anything reliably to this day.

We fly into space, we plan missions to other planets, but we have no idea what is beyond the main threshold that each of us must overcome.

The cells of some tissues can survive without substances contained in the blood for quite a long time, but after brain death this no longer plays any role for their owner.

As soon as our main organ stops working, not only thinking stops, but also all processes regulated by it - breathing, heartbeat, hormone production, metabolism, intestinal function, blinking and any other muscle movement.

Once this happens, the rest of the tissue can only be used in the body of a person whose brain is functioning normally.

Why do some types of living beings stay in this world longer and others less?

Everything here is extremely simple - each organism is “programmed” by nature for a certain period of work: its cells divide the planned number of times, after which they practically stop renewing. Errors and failures accumulate in them, and the organs can no longer work correctly. Gradually, the metabolism slows down, something in the body constantly “breaks”, and it dies.

What should good people do to suffer less?

It is enough for good people to recognize that the spiritual nature prevails over the material. That the happiness that a person receives from righteousness is much stronger and better than the pleasure that a person receives from matter. A person should direct his attention not to the opportunity to follow the low and vicious path of pleasure, but to follow the path of purification and repentance, turn to God and prove that all the suffering that led a person to this realization was not in vain. If a person is able to change his life after this realization, to treat everyone with love and gratitude, even though he does not have everything, this will mean true understanding and progress. This path is difficult, but is what is truly valuable gained the easy way?

It is worth giving up thoughts that hurt a person’s heart. Give up resentment, anger, malice, envy, disappointment and other qualities that poison a person’s life. After all, these feelings make the life of the person himself worse, while the one to whom they are directed continues to do the same. It is useless to teach a person with hatred; he must be taught with love. Hatred itself destroys the heart, corrodes it from the inside. So is there any point in it if it harms oneself more than others? Is there any meaning in resentment, contempt, envy , pride ? All vices destroy a person from the inside, spoil him and lead to suffering from vices that alienate a person from real good.

Working on yourself is hard work, which is rewarded above all else, giving you the opportunity to receive divine grace. Through pacifying his base impulses, getting rid of vices and cultivating virtue, a person is able to get rid of suffering, since the humble will not suffer because of insults, but the generous because of lack. The diligent will not suffer from fatigue, but the abstinent from lack. Virtue leads a person to happiness and it is worth fighting for, even if this path is strewn with thorns at the beginning, but in the end it will be like nectar.

Good people should see the whole world in God's will, which gives them a worthy path and advancement on it. When a person sees everything only through the prism of his “I,” then how does he differ from a simple scoundrel who thinks basely only for his own sake? A wise person should cultivate an attitude of love towards others and God himself, while a foolish person is destined to see everything around him with anger, resentment and injustice. Act wisely to get closer to the good, for there is no other way.

Jesus answered him: The first of all commandments: Hear, O Israel! The Lord our God is one Lord; And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

Mf. 22:37-40

Love for one's neighbors will fill a person's life with joy, his affairs will become easy, because he will not care about himself, but about others. Love is worth cultivating and cultivating; it cannot sprout in one day. Therefore, one must be patient in cultivating love. Love for God will give a person the most faithful and reliable assistant in business. Having love for God, a person will never be subject to suffering and despondency, since in everything he will see the good will of God, who desires the good of man. Just as a loving father accustoms his son to work and discipline, forcing him to suffer for the sake of good in the future, so God accustoms a person to virtues so that he can enter the Kingdom of God.

Why do people die?

Absolutely everything dies, even the stars - through death, nature receives diversity and, no matter how strange it may sound, new life.

Each cell in our body necessarily dies and makes room for the next one, and this principle also works with any animals - one goes away, and in its place comes a new, young one, slightly or noticeably different from the parent. It is smarter, stronger, taller, bolder, with even more beautiful skin or feathers - exactly the way it should be today.

This is exactly what will happen to each of us, without any exception - we will die, and our children and grandchildren will continue life in our place.

Verse about the meaning of my writings

The living is alive, the river of life, Everyone has their own. And life is alive. What is more expensive, perhaps, than I am alive?!

Forests and libraries are burning, But manuscripts are not burning. They stand as a pillar forever, And they give benefits to people.

The more beautiful life is, the longer it is, and the more blessings it retains. Although Injustice also Wants to be Piit in life.

Here comes the figure in our everyday life. Now you don't need paper. They will write everything down as in the Akash. Control, however, is low!

Years will pass, and rest assured, You will leave everyone’s work alone. Let the sun shine. All the same, the life of Your muses is subdued for the good of the world!

(recorded 04/13/20 9:30)

Alive Alive. A. GOZT. Listen to the verse

Today, the leading registries and the people serving the wealth, who, by the way, serve, often without knowing it, the Annunaki themselves, are opposed to humanity. And therefore, they cut off people’s program for a long and happy life, so that they under no circumstances lose their black power, apart from which they essentially have nothing.

Why do women live longer than men?

No matter how offensive it may be for the wonderful representatives of the strong half of humanity to read these lines, from the point of view of nature, women are much more useful for the survival of the species than men. In order to understand exactly why everything is this way, it is enough to simply turn on banal logic and estimate who and how many are needed to increase or maintain the population of some average mammal, which includes us. Simple calculations show that a large number of males is simply not needed: they are quite expensive because they consume a lot of resources, are not able to reproduce, and only a few individuals per group are enough to fertilize and achieve sufficient biological diversity.

But that's not all. Older women have the most important task, which men are not able to cope with - after the onset of menopause, and therefore the impossibility of having their own offspring, the keepers of the hearth turn into the best representatives of the human race - grandmothers.

Yes, a completely official scientific theory claims that, including for this reason, their life expectancy exceeds that of men. By the way, not only people have grannies - it is known for sure that killer whales, pilot whales, beluga whales and narwhals are also lucky to have them, the females of which at a certain age lose the ability to reproduce and begin to perform the most important task - to nurture, teach and pamper grandchildren and granddaughters.

How does a person die?

Why do people die quickly?

Each person faces his own death: someone gets into a road accident or plane crash and dies instantly, while someone fades away for years due to an incurable disease.

Of course, the process of saying goodbye to this light in such cases is also radically different.

Severe injury usually resolves quickly, most often due to severe or very rapid blood loss, cardiac arrest, or brain damage.

With diseases, everything is more complicated - there are many more options. There are a lot of fatal health problems - from the most common problems with the cardiovascular system in the world, to banal pneumonia, or pneumonia.

Why do people sometimes die in their sleep?

Why do people die in their sleep? Indeed, many people leave this world in a dream: a person falls asleep and never wakes up. This is explained quite simply and logically. A person spends a third of his life in sleep, so passing away from life at the moment of such rest is as natural a phenomenon as dying in reality. There is a completely scientific explanation for this fact. Cardiologists say that during sleep or simply in a horizontal position, the flow of venous blood to the heart increases, so that the muscle requires more oxygen, and a sick heart already does its job poorly and cannot withstand the load. That is why it is recommended not to lay the patient down during an attack, but to leave him in a semi-sitting position.

How do people die from old age, cancer and other serious diseases?

Why does a person take a long time to die?

Death from old age or serious illness is usually not a quick process and takes a lot of time. Let's try to describe how this happens, and how you can understand that the end is near.

Decreased appetite

As a rule, at first a person simply stops wanting to eat. This happens because his activity decreases, which is why he needs much less energy than those whose bodies are functioning normally. A few days before death, he may completely refuse to eat and even drink - and this, unfortunately, is normal.

More sleep

2-3 months before leaving, the dying person usually sleeps much more than he is awake. His metabolism gradually slows down, and his strength becomes less. Lack of movement almost always leads to bedsores, so if there is such a possibility, it is still advisable to encourage the person to get up and move a little.

Reluctance to communicate

Not all, but many exhausted and tired people at the end of their lives do not want to spend time and communicate even with loved ones. There is nothing unusual in this - a person may simply not want anyone to see how he turns from healthy and full of strength into weak and dying.

Muscle weakness

Any living creature that does not receive sufficient nutrition and exercise weakens - this is natural, but a few days before leaving it can be especially noticeable. Those whose time in this world is coming to an end often cannot cope even with what they did before without much effort - it can be difficult for them to even pick up a cup or turn over in bed.

Decreased body temperature

Often, a few days before death, blood circulation changes and focuses on important internal organs, and less blood flows to the extremities, that is, the arms and legs, which is why they become less warm than usual, and the skin looks pale or bluish. spots. A dying person may not feel the cold at all or, on the contrary, constantly freeze. For such cases, keep a spare blanket or blanket on hand - they are not superfluous.

Change in breathing

Sometimes the breathing of those for whom it is time to leave this world changes - it can become rare, with long pauses between inhalations, or very shallow, in which the chest hardly moves or does so imperceptibly. However, it also happens quite the opposite - it looks like sudden and sharp attempts to take in more air, as if a person is suffocating, and it happens even to those whose illness or condition is in no way connected with the lungs, bronchi or trachea.

Changes in all important vital signs

In addition to the obvious weakness and drop in temperature, important indicators may also change:

  • breathing becomes weaker and breaths are taken less frequently;
  • blood pressure drops;
  • the heartbeat becomes irregular and the pulse is more difficult to feel;
  • the urine darkens and takes on a brown or auburn hue. This happens because the kidneys gradually slow down their work.

It is very difficult to see all this, but, as a rule, this condition does not cause any pain or discomfort to the dying person.

Toilet

Since elderly or seriously ill people who are often leaving drink and eat less or completely refuse water and food, the amount of stool and urine they produce decreases. Relatives, of course, are worried that this could somehow harm or worsen the person’s condition, and sometimes in such situations help is actually required in the form of a urine-draining catheter.

Confusion and hallucinations

When a person dies, his brain still works, but it no longer always correctly assesses the surrounding reality - disruptions occur in its work, which is why he may consider what he imagined to be real. It is not always possible to explain that in reality everything is not at all as it seems. Some people, even those who have been in oblivion for a long time, briefly come to their senses before death - their minds clear, they recognize loved ones, understand speech addressed to them and answer questions completely clearly.

Pain

Unfortunately, as death approaches, the pain can intensify, and so suddenly that loved ones are simply not ready for it - not because they were too lazy to get a prescription or go to the pharmacy for the necessary medicine, but because until the last days “heavy artillery” was not required.

If you do not have serious painkillers obtained in advance that can alleviate the condition of the dying person, be sure to call an ambulance - they have such drugs.

Why do good people have worse lives than bad people?

It is definitely more difficult for good people to live, since they are endowed with many virtues, a sense of conscience, responsibility, self-sacrifice and compassion . These feelings often prevent good people from moving forward in life and getting what they need. At the same time, such people are more compliant, inclined to share with others and give to others what is important to them. These traits make such people strong personalities, for whom the inner life, the inner feeling of happiness, thanks to which they empathize with others, is more important than the external component. On the one hand, this will allow such people to be good in the eyes of others, but on the other hand, this sometimes prevents them from moving forward in acquiring material wealth.

Bad people are focused with all their being on acquiring material wealth, regardless of their conscience or the feelings of other people. Such people commit base acts in order to achieve their goals, thereby incurring many dangers. But they achieve their goal, albeit in unpleasant ways. This course of action gives rise to sin in a person who exchanges his soul for the achievement of his goal or the opportunity to acquire fame, wealth, beauty, fame or other material benefits that will allow him to enjoy the world.

Life is definitely more difficult for good people. They are forced to experience difficulties and face the impossibility of solving some problems that arise in their lives. A good person became good precisely because he endured trials, went through them keeping his heart intact and became a better person. The ability to grow under difficult challenges defines a wise and intelligent person who has a strong character. But when a person breaks down in trials, gives up or gives up, can such a person be called strong?

It should be understood that life in trials and difficulties brings a person closer to the Truth, to God, since it is through trials and difficulties that life tests truly worthy people. A person who has not gone through trials cannot be called good, but someone who has passed definitely deserves benefits and advancement along this path.

Behold, I am sending you out like sheep among wolves.

Gospel of Matthew. 10:16.

The trials and oppressions that a good man goes through strengthen his soul and purify him, bringing him closer to his soul. Thus, God sends good to such people, to those who really want to be good, to live with a pure heart, without the burden of their wrongdoings. Difficulties are a sign of purification, the opportunity to draw closer to God and realize one’s soul. It was precisely such trials that the saints and prophets went through, who, with the help of their virtues, moved towards God. However, any person is worth testing, how else can you test the firmness of his intentions? And the more trials a person experiences honestly, without feelings of anger, hatred and feelings of injustice, the more he approaches God.

Two gates for people:

Enter in at the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many go in through it; for narrow is the gate and narrow is the way that leads to life, and few find it

Mf. 7:13–14.

At the same time, a person, even one who has succeeded in his material life, will move away from his soul, acquiring an increasing burden of responsibility for sins committed for the sake of wealth, power and might. You should not be seduced by temporary goods for the sake of the soul, since the eternal and the mortal have definitely different values. Human life is not intended for animal pleasures, it is intended for a person to devote himself to the spiritual path to God, who will give eternal good to the worthy. A person should not feel resentment towards life for temporary difficulties, since human life is not eternal and the one who suffered now for his righteousness will enjoy forever, and the one who enjoyed while accruing his sins will suffer forever.

We also recommend this article: Where to find knowledge? How to get and use them?

Therefore, you should neither envy nor hate those who now have and enjoy, since it is known that “the last will become first, and the first will be last.”

“But Abraham said to the rich man, who was tormented in the fire: child! remember that you have already received your good in your life, and Lazarus received your evil; now he is consoled here, and you suffer.”

OK. 16:25.

The one who suffers now, cleansing himself from sin and devoting his deeds to others will be cleansed. The heart of such a person will be light on the scales of justice.

“And although they were punished a little, they will be greatly favored, because God tested them and found them worthy of Him.”

Prem. 3:5

What do people die from most often?

Let's try to figure out what people most often die from in Russia. This is not as easy to do as we would like - it is difficult to find it on the Rosstat website.

Cardiovascular diseases

Both in our country and in other countries of the world, most often people die from cardiovascular diseases. This happens most regularly to men, smokers, obese people, people over 55, and those whose blood relatives have heart problems. In order to reduce the risk of death due to this, you need to give up bad habits, eat right, get enough exercise and maintain a normal weight.

Heart attack February 16, 2021461

Ivan Belyakov,

Oncologist, clinic "Medicine 24/7"

“Despite all our advances in science and medicine, cancer kills more and more people every year. Each type of oncology has its own so-called risk factors - reasons that can

increase the likelihood of its occurrence. The most common of them, which can affect the development of most types of dangerous tumors, are age, smoking and alcohol abuse, prolonged exposure to the sun or contact with radiation, constant inflammatory processes, obesity and heredity. Unfortunately, there are currently no ways to guarantee avoidance of a terrible diagnosis. The only things that can be done are to try to stop smoking and minimize alcohol consumption, maintain weight and eat a healthy diet, try to stay out of the sun as little as possible and get regular screenings to detect cancer at its earliest stages.”

What is cancer and why does it occur? October 30, 20202250 47

Accidents
Why do people die early?
No one has canceled natural selection - no matter how rude it may sound, the fact remains that nature removes from the population not only the sick and weak, but also those who are not attentive, not smart, imprudent risk-takers, for whom the instinct of self-preservation works poorly or is completely absent , and simply unlucky.

Most often, these include men aged 1 to 44 years and those in professions associated with increased trauma, who die from falls, road accidents and accidental poisoning.

Respiratory diseases

Every year, a huge number of people are killed by diseases of the respiratory tract - lungs and bronchi. The most common fatal diagnoses are chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema, which deprives tissues involved in oxygen metabolism of elasticity and strength, asthma, and pulmonary hypertension, in which the pressure in the artery supplying this most important organ critically increases. Most often, a person suffers from them due to the fact that a large amount of pollutants - tobacco smoke and other harmful chemicals - enters his body with the inhaled air, and most of them can be prevented simply by giving up smoking, including passive smoking.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease February 19, 2021261

Stroke

A stroke is the death of brain cells that occurs when blood flow to our most important organ is stopped. This occurs when blood vessels are blocked or ruptured, and most often occurs in men, diabetics, those with heart disease or hypertension - high blood pressure, and smokers. You can try to prevent this terrible condition through a healthy lifestyle, giving up bad habits, controlling blood pressure and the amount of sugar in the body, physical activity and maintaining a healthy weight.

Alzheimer's disease

Alzheimer's disease is the most common form of dementia, or dementia, due to which a person's brain function and everything associated with mental activity gradually deteriorate. Most often it occurs in people over 65 and those who have relatives with a similar diagnosis. Alzheimer's kills slowly but inevitably, and, alas, people do not know how to treat and prevent it. Doctors and scientists suggest that risks can be reduced through an active lifestyle and good physical activity, a sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables in the diet, control of existing diseases and, most importantly, the constant work of the brain, busy with communication, reading and anything else - the main thing is not stop thinking, learning and developing.

Alzheimer's disease November 23, 2020929 90

Diabetes

Diabetes kills large numbers of people in all developed countries. It occurs due to the fact that the body cannot produce or use the hormone insulin, which is involved in the transfer of sugar from the blood to the body's cells, due to which they receive energy. There are two types: the first occurs due to a genetic predisposition, often develops between the ages of 4-7 years, and cannot be prevented. The second one is usually acquired by adults aged 45 years and older who are overweight or obese, and those who have blood relatives with this diagnosis. In order not to become its “lucky” owner, it is enough to lead a healthy lifestyle - eat normally, move a lot, try not to gain weight, and regularly check your blood glucose levels.

Coronavirus pneumonia January 13, 202111916 9

Pneumonia

Pneumonia takes a huge number of people to the next world, and most often it occurs in children, the elderly, pregnant women and those with chronic, that is, incurable diseases.

In order to prevent viral pneumonia, it is advisable to get a flu shot annually and stay away from obviously unhealthy people. It is important to call a doctor as soon as it becomes difficult to breathe and the temperature rises above 38 - this will help start treatment on time.

Suicide or suicide: why do people kill themselves? July 3, 202124377 8

Suicide
Why do people want to die?
A huge number of our compatriots decide not to wait for the inevitable end and commit suicide, that is, they leave life completely voluntarily, and every fifth person is visited by thoughts about this - at least once. This process is completely unnatural for a normal, healthy organism, whose task is to survive and not die as early as possible. Most suicides are those with mental disorders, traumatic brain injuries, alcohol and drug addicts, as well as those who are terminally ill or have suffered severe psychological trauma. We have already written a large article on this topic, in which you can read about the reasons why people say goodbye to life on their own, and how you can help them not to do this.

Liver diseases

In our country, such problems end in death for a considerable number of people. Most often they occur in alcohol lovers, patients with viral hepatitis and fatty liver disease, in which too much fat is deposited in its tissues.

A normal diet and avoiding too much alcohol are quite sufficient preventive measures for those who do not want to add to the sad statistics of this particular section.

Kidney diseases

Kidney diseases, such as nephritis - inflammation, nephrosis - damage, and nephrotic syndrome, in which a person loses a lot of protein in the urine, can also result in death. You can minimize the likelihood of their occurrence by using the same healthy lifestyle - nutrition, movement, normalizing weight, and reducing the amount of salt in the diet.

Blood poisoning

Septicemia, or blood poisoning, claims the lives of many young children, elderly people over the age of 75, people with incurable diseases or weakened immune systems. The best way to prevent such deaths is to quickly treat any bacterial infections.

Tuberculosis in adults February 25, 2021344 2

Tuberculosis

A huge problem for our country, due to which more than a million people around the world die every year, is tuberculosis, caused by bacteria - Koch's bacillus. Most often it affects smokers, lovers of alcoholic beverages, drugs, HIV-infected people and those who have serious problems with the immune system. It is important that sticks can simply be in the body without causing any problems - in order to prevent them from arising, you just need to lead a normal lifestyle and take care of your health: eat well, do not drink alcohol, do not use drugs, and enough move.

God favors the resourceful

“Watching the patients, I realized that due to changes in the geomagnetic situation at this time, all people experience instability in vital functions (breathing, heartbeat, etc.),” explains Professor Anatoly Zilber. “Healthy people don’t notice this, but people in critical condition die. To prevent this, we began to prescribe preventive therapy to such patients in the morning at 3.00-3.30. By slightly changing the work schedule of doctors and nurses, we were able to reduce the mortality rate several times.”

Anatoly Petrovich does not know how many people he brought back from the other world, but he remembers the first one saved well: “The patient suffered cardiac arrest after a difficult operation. After a direct cardiac massage to remove life-threatening fibrillation, I took advantage of what was available in the ward. It turned out to be a cord from a table lamp. I took two wires, plugged them into the network, touched the bare ends to the heart - and it started working normally.” The patient not only survived, but many years after his resurrection he sent Anatoly Petrovich a letter asking him to give him a certificate that he... really died in the doctor’s arms in 1958. It turned out that local doctors, during the next examination, with the words “you’re as healthy as a bull, stop fooling around,” wanted to remove his disability.

When asked where he learned about this method of resuscitating patients, Anatoly Petrovich replies: “I learned all the most valuable knowledge in life from books. Thanks to his knowledge of five languages, he also read the works of Western colleagues in foreign scientific journals. There were articles on anesthesiology - this branch of medicine did not yet exist in the USSR. By the way, after that resuscitation, I looked into the books and realized that the patient survived thanks to a miracle, and not my efforts - for resuscitation, direct current was needed, not alternating current. But God, as we know, favors fools, which includes enthusiasts. At that time, patients were given ether anesthesia during surgery. Working as an assistant to the famous surgeon Vasily Baranov (whose name the republican hospital bears today), I understood that surgery cannot develop and improve without anesthesiology, and I suggested to my teacher in outpatient surgery to begin training anesthesiologists at the Institute for Advanced Medical Studies.”

Article on the topic

Good news. 15 achievements of Russian medicine Everyone liked the idea. Since in those years no one knew what anesthesia was, officials handed over the permit for specialization sent to the Ministry of Health of Karelia to ... the Ministry of Culture, deciding that anesthesiology is a philosophy aimed at combating bourgeois aesthetics. After completing the courses, the young doctor remained to work in his hometown.

“In those years, I was the only anesthesiologist in Karelia,” explains Anatoly Petrovich. “To go anywhere meant abandoning my patients to the mercy of fate.”

Since 1964, at Petrozavodsk State University, on the basis of the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation, seminars on the problems of critical care medicine began to be held annually, which after 3 years acquired international status.
