5 elements in your astrological chart. Metal

Metal YANG

Yang metal is Iron. Gen庚.

The energy that Yang Metal represents in nature is the energy of compression. Metal energy is energy directed inward. Iron is a hard metal. Here the metal is in a concentrated state, exhibiting maximum density. This is the hardest state of all, the strongest state. And if the condition is strong, then it can be acute.

Yang Metal exhibits a caustic quality. If we look at it under a microscope, we will see a crystal lattice there. In a person’s character, this manifests itself in the form of internal alignment. Such a person thinks structurally, dividing everything into parts and understands the relationships between these parts. Moreover, a person builds these relationships very clearly. Such a person can be recognized because he accurately determines its place for everything, both events and people.

Yan Metal are warrior people. The symbol of Yang Metal is a large weapon, a sword, a tank, something serious and big. Therefore, these people often choose a military career, or they need some kind of battlefield, they need battles, conflict, movement. They need somewhere to express their inner fighting energy. If they don't express it, they become depressed.

Metal is associated with the energy of concentration, that is, everything goes inside it. Therefore, these are people who know how to concentrate very well, these are people who are prone to a regime, a correct daily routine, they have good self-control. If Metal goes to the wrong steppe, takes the side of evil, then he begins to become depressed, he begins to concentrate on negative aspects.

It is believed that it is better for a woman to be born with the Yin element, but this is not always the case, unfortunately. Ideal options are very rare. And if a woman is born with a Yang element of personality, especially if she has the nature of Yang Metal, such a woman is very active and combative, so she may have problems on a personal level in relationships with the opposite sex. Although in terms of career and business everything is great. We need to understand that we do not always evaluate ourselves objectively. We think that everything is fine with us, but from the outside it looks like aggression. Therefore, it is better for people with Yang elements, especially with Yang Metal, to realize themselves either in a career or in business, that is, in some active sphere where they can really express their energy, so that on a personal level, at home, in the family, everything will be more calmly.

A person of Yang Metal has an inner core, extraordinary inner strength, which cannot always be seen at the first meeting. Only after talking for some time with such a person, it becomes clear that it is very difficult to “break” him, it is difficult to force him to abandon his principles, it is difficult for him to turn away from his path. And this person marks his path quite early, at an age when his peers do not even think about their future, let alone set themselves some specific and quite ambitious goals and objectives. Yang Metal often knows already in early childhood what he will do, what his social and material status will be. People of Yang Metal need constant perfection, constant work on themselves. For them, the key words are words such as – Achievement, Self-discipline, Overcoming.

Yang metal is an ore. It can be metal, aluminum, nickel, platinum. That is, it can be different. At first she is ugly, it is very difficult to discern the benefit in her, just as in a person of Yang Metal it is very difficult to discern the essence, and it can be difficult to approach him.

But if you become this person’s friend, then you will receive reliable support for yourself in his person, he will be very devoted to you, will protect you, and will be loyal to your shortcomings. Metal is a symbol of endurance and hardness. But iron ore by itself, in its raw form, is useless. This is the only element that cannot be used beneficially without processing it. It is necessary to make a tool of labor or war from Metal in order for it to be useful and fulfill its true purpose. And this can only be done from molten Metal. After mining, the metal is sent for processing to a blast furnace, where it is melted and then forged into tools and weapons. If a person with the Yang Metal Personality element has Yin Fire in the Bazi chart, we can immediately say that this person has every chance of success. That he will have much more accomplished things in life than a person who lacks the energy of Fire, or has a nature that makes Metal useless.

Iron can only be melted by Yin Fire; the Sun cannot do this. The sun heats up Metal, causing enormous stress in it. This is very important to understand. What is good and what is bad. What can actually help, and what only creates the appearance of help, but in fact only worsens the situation. This is all discussed in detail at the next stage of training, at the Course “The Art of Bazi - Understanding Nature”. This course will change your understanding of Bazi. Reading Bazi cards using images of nature is the simplest and easiest way to understand any Bazi card!

So, and we continue, Metal is melted by Fire, Fire is flattery, praise, encouragement - with this you melt Metal, it becomes liquid and can already be directed. This does not mean manipulation! If you stop approving, the Metal will harden and turn into a useless, shapeless mass. This method works well on children. There is no need to praise your child thoughtlessly; you need to find something to praise for. And everything will be fine - the Metal will be soft, pliable and will not stand at the ready with the sword.

And it doesn’t matter in what season Metal Yan was born. In any case, he must have Fire in his birth chart. And this Fire must be real, which we can use.

There should be no collisions or mergers.

Otherwise, the interpretation of the card will be different.

Sometimes, even if there are useful elements in the map, a person does not achieve success, because these elements enter into interactions, after which they begin to manifest their negative qualities. They not only do not help a person, but, on the contrary, cause him great harm. And it is precisely because of their beneficial elements that have turned into negative that people get into big trouble.

In the circle of generation, the job of Yang Metal is to control the Tree, to cut down the Tree. And in order for Metal to do this, it must be sharp. Therefore, Fire and Wood are Useful Elements for Yang Metal.

When analyzing the Bazi map, first of all, we look for the PROBLEM in the map. We must understand what exactly is the reason for his failures. For example, a person cannot get out of poverty; he always lacks money. We must look at the Bazi map and find the reason for this. Why can't he make money? And only when we find the reason can we help correct the situation. We remove the negative influence of energy from a person’s life, or block this negativity, and new opportunities for realization open up for the person. When the channel for the flow of Wealth energy is open, material wealth begins to flow into it. Therefore, the most important thing when reading Bazi is to identify the PROBLEM. Without knowing the problem, you will not be able to help yourself! No matter how many activations you carry out and no matter how many rituals you perform, entry into a closed channel will not happen.

Always look for the reason, look for what is holding back your money-producing mechanism.

Black metals

Magazines → Ferrous metals → 2020 → №8

The August issue opens with the section “Preparation of raw materials for metallurgical production,” which includes the first part of a large article devoted to the systematization of the properties and parameters of foundry coke. The first part discusses the concept, which is a new approach to establishing requirements for the quality of foundry coke using standardization methods - systematization, classification, optimization. A classification of the chemical and physicochemical properties of foundry coke is also presented, with the establishment of parameters characterizing these properties and test methods for determining the values of the corresponding parameters.

The second section, “Steel production and foundry processes,” includes four articles. Authors from the Novotroitsk branch of NUST MISIS performed a statistical analysis of production data on deoxidation of 3sp steel in order to improve the technology of preliminary deoxidation in a ladle. The work was carried out in the electric furnace melting shop of Ural Steel JSC. Optimal conditions for deoxidation have been established, and an increase in the technical and economic indicators of production and quality of 3sp steel according to the main parameters has been shown.

A team of authors representing EVRAZ N JSC has proposed a technology for filling the channel of the refractory glass of a gate valve, ensuring unhindered pouring of the refractory mixture from the steel-pouring channel. The results of industrial melts confirming its effectiveness are presented.

Another article in this section is devoted to research into the features of ladle modification of liquid cast iron with magnesium flux-cored wire for the purpose of spheroidization of graphite inclusions. Analysis of the proposed mathematical models showed that the coefficient of magnesium absorption by liquid cast iron is directly proportional to the rate of introduction of the flux-cored wire containing it.

The section closes with material from the author from the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University. R.E. Alekseev, where a traditional scientific and practical seminar took place at the end of May 2020. This year it was dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of one of the founders of the Nizhny Novgorod Scientific and Pedagogical School of Metallurgy and Foundry, A. A. Ryzhikov. The article provides a brief overview of the speeches made at the forum.

The next section includes three articles by foreign authors. The topics covered included the assessment of refractory properties of products using modeling and simulation techniques, sustainable resource conservation through the use of converter slag, and modeling and optimization of continuous strip furnace operation.

There are two articles in the “Metallurgy and Metallography” section. The first article is devoted to expanding the capabilities of statistics of extreme values for assessing the nature of large non-metallic inclusions in steels for critical purposes (the authors are representatives of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University); the article by foreign authors talks about new high-strength steel grades with improved technological properties.

The section “Powder metallurgy” contains one article. In the material of the author from the South Russian State Polytechnic University (NPI) named after M.I. Platov, in particular, the laws of compaction of Fe–FeMn–C mixtures processed in a planetary mill and the consolidation of powder steel 110G13 during activated sintering are established, the parameters of the equation are determined compaction of mechanically activated charges of powder steel 110G13, a modified compaction equation is proposed that takes into account the duration of mechanical activation, a 3D Spline model of the influence of the duration of mechanical activation and compaction pressure on the volumetric deformation of pores during the consolidation process is shown.

In the “Machining” section, authors from the Moscow Polytechnic University present studies of a sample for testing materials for plastic uniaxial compression; based on a brief analysis of the deformation process of a traditional cylindrical sample, its main disadvantages are described. Based on the research results, a new sample shape was developed and justified for testing materials for plastic uniaxial compression.

An article from the “Economics and Finance” section is devoted to assessing risks in the field of export sales of finished products of a metallurgical company. Risk assessment is considered as the basis of financial security. The author from Cherepovets State University substantiates that a rational measure is the formation of a responsibility center aimed at monitoring and reactively blocking risks.

The section “Personnel Policy and Labor Safety” includes an article by the author from the Siberian Federal University, which shows that learning through a project allows you to develop design and implementation competence in professional activities, increases the personal significance of specific disciplinary knowledge and education in general. A scheme of interactive interaction in organizing project-based learning in accordance with the problems and tasks of real production is proposed, demonstrating the involvement of students, undergraduates, teachers and employees of manufacturing enterprises.

In the section “Our Anniversaries,” the magazine’s editors congratulate B.A. Happy 70th birthday to Sivak.
