When do Muslims gather for dhikr?
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) and Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) say that they visited the Prophet ﷺ and he said: “ Whenever people sit and remember Allah (holy and great is He), the angels cover them (spreading wings over them), and Divine mercy envelops them, inner peace descends on them, and Allah (Holy and Great is He) speaks about them to those who are close to Him"" (Imams Muslim, Ahmad, at-Tabarani, Ibn Majah).
