  • a variety of porridges (you can cook buckwheat with mushrooms, adding mussels or shrimp will help make rice more appetizing and tasty, bulgur will go well with vegetables); pasta (you can use vegetable salads and preserves as additions to them: beans in tomato, squash caviar);
  • vegetable casseroles (seasoned with flour and vegetable broth sauce, tomato-basil sauce);
  • soups with vegetables (you can also add cereal or noodles, seafood and mushrooms to them).

An ideal addition to all of these dishes will be your favorite pickles: sauerkraut, barrel tomatoes and cucumbers.
