Master Christ God, who healed my passions with His sufferings and healed my ulcers with His wounds! Grant me, who have sinned much before You, tears of tenderness. Co-dissolve in my body the grace from Your Life-Giving Body, and sweeten my soul with Your Honest Blood after the bitterness that the enemy fed me.

Raise my mind to You, from the vanity of the world, and lift me out of the perilous abyss. For I do not have repentance, I do not have tenderness, I do not have comforting tears that lead my children to their inheritance in heaven.
