For example, a blow always leads to the destruction of something, based on this, a logical question arises: is there an analogy to a similar action, but on a different plane, something that would change the energetic world? And these actions are our actions.

It was already mentioned above that they have three varieties. As we know, the physical structure of the world is such that when we hit an object, we receive a similar force back into our fist. Exactly the same opposition exists in the energy world. When a person releases negativity, the Universe returns similar vibrations back to him. It is important to note that the return occurs exactly the same action that was performed by the person.

To understand why this happens, we will again need an example of an impact with an object. Agree that it would be strange if the hand felt, for example, an electric shock or a burn appeared on it after it struck. We feel exactly the physical return and no other.
