Seventh week (22.04 -28.04)
From Monday to Thursday, dry, uncooked food without oil. On Friday there is a complete refusal of food, since on this day the crucifixion of Christ took place. Dry food on Saturday. On Sunday, the Easter fast begins after the all-night service; you can eat everything, but you need to start with Easter cottage cheese, boiled eggs and blessed Easter cakes.
