Second Prayer to the Great Martyr John of Sochava

Holy Great Martyr John! Look down from the heavenly palace on those who require your help and do not reject our petitions, but, as our constant benefactor and intercessor, pray to Christ God, that He who loves mankind and is abundantly merciful will save us from every cruel situation: from cowardice, flood, fire, sword, invasions of foreigners and internecine warfare. May he not condemn us sinners for our iniquity, and may we not turn the good things given to us from the All-Bounteous God into evil, but into the glory of His holy name and into the glorification of your strong intercession. May the Lord, through your prayers, give us peace of mind, abstinence from harmful passions and all defilement, and may He strengthen throughout the world His One Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, which He has acquired with His honest Blood. Pray diligently, holy martyr, may Christ God bless the power, may He establish in His holy Orthodox Church the living spirit of right faith and piety, so that all its members, clean from wisdom and superstition, worship Him in spirit and truth and diligently care about keeping His commandments, May we all live in peace and piety in this present world and achieve blessed eternal life in heaven, by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, to Him belongs all glory, honor and power, together with the Father and the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Questions for the priest

How to increase the effectiveness of prayer addressed to John of Sochavsky?
As with other prayers, this one should be read slowly, that is, thoughtfully, trying to understand its meaning. The easiest way to do this is in solitude, preferably in a temple, in front of the holy image of the intercessor. It is also recommended for those who do not have the opportunity to go to church, who are forced to ask for help from John of the New House, privately, to position themselves before the face. An answer from above to a personal petition comes if a Christian has no evil intentions, if he believes in God and His help, if he is diligent in his prayer.

Which icon is better to use for prayer to John of Sochava?

The Church has not established such clear recommendations. Any image of St. John the New is useful for prayer; the size and technique of execution do not matter.

Such a prayer, along with a pocket icon, can be purchased in any Orthodox church. It will be laminated, so the paper is convenient to carry with you.

Pray alone, saying each word with feeling. Communication with the Lord is not a poem at a New Year's party; do not rush to quickly rattle off all the words and return to household duties. If you turn to a saint often, learn the words of the prayer. At the end, cross yourself three times and bow (if you don’t have an icon of a saint, then bow to the iconostasis). Although, if the business is serious, it is still better to buy an icon. Knowledgeable people place it right in the office or sales area, but not in plain sight.

It is also important to have time to turn to the saint before you begin sales or important negotiations.

But what if you pray daily and the trade doesn't work? Look deep into your heart. Are you hiding some big sin there? Try to redeem him, live according to Christian customs - then the Lord will quickly hear your requests.

How else can you pray to John of Sochava before starting your business, making a big sale or buying

Due to numerous requests from readers, we have prepared an “Orthodox Calendar” application for smartphones. Every morning you will receive information about the current day: holidays, fasts, days of remembrance, prayers, parables. Download for free: Orthodox Calendar 2021 (available on Android)

This prayer can be read when asking for success .

This prayer is most respected by trade workers .

And this text is relevant for a large purchase (car, apartment) . However, when planning to sell property, it is also not a sin to ask for heavenly protection. After all, you hope not to sell yourself cheap and not fall for scammers.

an akathist in church about success in trade or business - a prayer service in praise of a certain saint (in this case, John of Sochava).

However, you can read it at home.

Here is his text.

And here's how it reads:

Who else do they pray to for success in trading?

If you feel uneasy before a big purchase, prayer alone may not be enough to calm your soul.

Having asked John of Sochava for intercession, you can also turn to Nicholas the Wonderworker and Seraphim of Sarov (the saints during their lifetime generously helped people in trouble).

Some people, seeing prayers to the martyr John on the Internet, think that they are addressed to John the Baptist (the Baptist). But that's not true. They pray to this saint for a different reason - to strengthen faith, calm the soul, and grant repentance.

When you shouldn't pray

Both the Lord and Saint John, who is our mediator (to whom we delegate our requests to God, since due to sins we are often unworthy to address Him personally), will gladly bless any honest work. Trade also applies to this. After all, there is nothing wrong with growing a crop and selling it, buying something imported and offering it to fellow citizens, or opening a medical, cleaning or other company and offering useful services to fellow citizens.

Unholy business or deceiving customers is another matter.

Don't even try to contact St. John if you:

  • overweight customers, interrupt (change) expiration dates, provide false information about the quality of goods;
  • you inflate the price too much, taking advantage of the lack of competition;
  • you sell something that is objectionable to the church (such things include vodka and cigarettes);
  • act to the detriment of others (for example, your store “strangles” and ruins other points of sale).

Also, even if your soul is pure, do not use prayers in verses that are offered by occult sites. Even if the name of the Lord and saints are mentioned there, these are nothing but conspiracies. It is a sin for an Orthodox person to read them.

Saint John of New Sochavo

Great Martyr John the New Sochava

The birthplace of the Holy Great Martyr John the New was the famous city of Trebizond, which is near the border with Assyria and Armenia. Located on the Black Sea coast, it served at that time as a convenient port and trade center. The main occupations of its inhabitants were navigation, fishing and trade. Saint John of Sochava was also involved in trade.

One day he had to sail on a foreign ship whose captain was a fryag, a man of non-Orthodox faith. Seeing John’s virtuous and immaculate life, his prayer, fasting, and mercy towards those in need on the ship or those who were sick, the captain of the ship was indignant and fiercely argued with John about faith.

But John, as a very wise and skilled man in the book business, defeated the friag in these disputes, and he was very angry with John and in the end planned the following against him.

When the ship landed on the shore near the city of Belgrade, the shipowner went to the mayor and said: “Chief! A husband came with me on the ship, who wants to renounce his faith and join yours.

If you quickly lead him to another faith, there will be great glory for you, since this man is very skilled in speech and noble in Trebizond.”

To which Saint John replied: “You are lying, O chief! I did not say that I wanted to renounce my Christ.

This is the intention of the enemy of truth, your father, Satan! I will not bow to the sun, I will not make a sacrifice to the heavenly body created by the Lord, I will not renounce Christ, my Savior.”

Then the governor ordered the soldiers to tear off the martyr’s clothes and, placing many sticks in front of him, said: “Either renounce your faith, or I will give you over to the cruelest torment and death.”

John the New Great Martyr of Sochava

Then the tormentor ordered to beat John, and the soldiers beat him with rods so much that everything around him was already stained with blood, and he was tied up in chains, barely alive, and thrown into prison.

The next morning, the tormentor again urged John to renounce his faith and, without waiting for this, he ordered to torture him again. When the soldiers who beat him were exhausted, the mayor ordered John to be tied to the tail of a fierce horse. One of the soldiers mounted a horse and drove him through the streets, dragging the martyr along the ground. Crowds of Jews threw stones at him, and one of them overtook the martyr and cut off his head with a sword.

Thus Saint John ended his suffering feat. His body lay unburied, and at night a miracle happened: lamps burned brightly over the body, and three luminous men sang sacred chants, and a pillar of fire was visible over the holy relics of the martyr.

He was about to shoot an arrow at one of them, but the arrow stuck to his fingers and the Jew could not shoot the arrow and free himself from his weapon, and so he remained until dawn.

In the morning he told the people who came here what he had seen. And then his arms straightened and he freed himself from the bow. Having learned about what happened at night, the mayor was frightened and ordered the Christians to bury the body of the martyr at their church.

After some time, the fryag who betrayed John to torture. repented of his action and decided to steal the body of the saint. He and his comrades came at night to the tomb of the martyr. But at this time Saint John appeared in a dream to the presbyter of the church where he was buried, and said: “Get up and quickly go to the church, for they want to steal me.”

Having called the pious people, he told them about what had happened, and everyone glorified God, who glorifies His Saints. Taking the relics of the holy martyr, they brought them into the church and placed them on the altar near the Holy Throne. They stayed there for more than 70 years.

Various miracles began to be performed from the relics. Rumors of this reached the great governor of Moldova, Alexander. On the advice of Archbishop Joseph, he transferred the relics of the martyr to the capital of the Moldovan state of Sochav.

The Holy Great Martyr John the New of Sochava has special grace from God to help those engaged in trade. His memory is celebrated on June 2/15.

How to attract success in trading

There are quite a large number of different methods and practices on how to make trading successful. But at the same time, not all methods are allowed for use in Orthodoxy. Therefore, how to attract trade to a store through prayer is of interest to most businessmen who are involved in this industry. This is not surprising, because the prayer request:

  • provides protection from unscrupulous competitors;
  • helps you earn a good income;
  • will help to conclude a profitable contract with suppliers;
  • provides reliable protection from the evil eye of enemies on income generation;
  • allows you to sell all products on time;
  • ensures that every customer buys anything in your store.

Sometimes there are cases when Christians easily start their own business and things go well. But the majority of businessmen have quite a few problems with trade. Either the suppliers are not conscientious, or the buyers do not come

Therefore, it is important for every novice businessman to know how to establish trade in a store through prayer. For such cases, in Orthodoxy there are quite strong prayer requests that allow you to establish trade in a short period of time

There are several saints to whom it is customary to offer such petitions. But at the same time, you also need to adhere to some recommendations. Namely:

  • believe in what you ask with all your heart;
  • do not hold any grudge against anyone in your heart;
  • try to help all people in need if possible;
  • do not carry despondency and sadness in your soul;
  • try to forgive all your offenders;
  • When making prayer requests, ask that your product benefit the buyer.

After you receive at least minimal benefit from your business, do not forget to thank the Lord God and the saint you turned to for this.

Requests for trading are considered to be a daily ritual for achieving big profits. Remember that it is advisable to pronounce such an address in a temple. It is also prohibited to pronounce it while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Women should not say it during menstruation.

Personality of John Sochavsky

Actually, without faith, John of Sochavsky would hardly have been able to accomplish the feats that will be discussed further.

The torment he endured began with a religious dispute with the captain of the ship on which John once sailed on trade business. The captain, being an opponent of Christianity, gave various reasons and arguments, but in the dispute he not only failed to prove the correctness of his own beliefs, but was also defeated.

Unless you are a preacher and missionary, you should not spread the faith too actively or enter into unnecessary disputes with others. The own positive example of an Orthodox Christian speaks louder than any words.

As a rule, when people (especially uneducated and unspiritual) do not have strong arguments, they cannot defend their own position, become very angry and try to harm others. After all, a reasonable person, having heard a more sound opinion, for example, having learned some truth about the Lord, will listen, will not get angry, even if his previous opinion was not entirely correct, but will try to understand something new for himself and will thank the one who guides you on the true path.

Stupid and unfaithful people are completely different in this regard, as John the New Sochavsky was convinced of by his own example.

The torment of a saint

When they found themselves in the city of Belgrade (meaning the ancient city of Belgrade on the Bosphorus), the captain of the ship specially made sure that Saint John confessed Christianity before the mayor, who was a fire worshiper.

The mayor invited him for this, and John could not do anything other than confess his faith in Christ.

Perhaps the fire worshipers would not have paid attention to the Christian, but due to the circumstances, when they had to listen to words that contradicted their own beliefs, they began to beat John with sticks and very cruelly. Then he was sent to prison and released only in the morning to ask again about his renunciation of Christ

Nevertheless, the saint did not renounce and was beaten again, and now the assembled townspeople even began to blame the ruler for showing such excessive cruelty.

John did not renounce his faith and called the mayor an instrument of Satan, but he was not the only instrument. In fact, the demons of malice confused the captain of the ship, the mayor, and the townspeople, but John was strong in faith, and as a result, many repented and believed.

As Wikipedia says, the representatives of the Jewish quarters expressed their attitude towards the martyr most of all, who additionally beat the man tied to the horse, and then cut off his head with a sword.

The body remained lying there, but angels appeared over it, and prayer for it continued throughout the night. When one of the Jews saw this phenomenon, he mistook the luminous creatures for ordinary people who came to bury and wanted to shoot at them with a bow, but was paralyzed by divine grace and remained standing motionless until the morning. This man was able to move only after he told the others about the vision in the morning.

The mayor and the captain of the ship later repented, and the saint’s body was buried first at the city church. After this, the relics were transferred to Sochava, the capital of the Moldo-Vlachian principality.

But why do we turn to him: who is John of Sochavsky

During his lifetime he was a merchant , and a very devout Christian. Lived at the beginning of the 14th century. He spent his life traveling, looking for unique goods. At the same time, he was honest and generous.

He accepted his martyrdom for his faith in the city of Belgrade (now Belgorod-Dnestrovsky). He arrived here by ship, and during the trip the captain (not a Christian) argued with him about faith, after which he harbored a grudge against this man. Arriving in the city, the captain went to the city governor and reported that, they say, a Christian he knew had decided to renounce his faith. John was invited to the fire worshipers. Having understood why he was called, John was not afraid and openly refused to renounce the true faith .

The righteous man was beaten for two days, and then he was beheaded. John was only 30 years old at that time...

His body was left lying on the street. Local Christians were afraid to touch it so as not to anger the city ruler. But when at night everyone saw the light over John’s body, they realized that this was a divine sign. They buried the martyr in the local cemetery. Moreover, the captain, responsible for the death of the martyr, offered to return the body of the innocently killed man to his homeland. But John came to him in a dream, commanding him to leave him in Belgrade.

The relics of the saint lay in the local church until the beginning of the 15th century. Then, by order of the prince, the relics were transferred to the city of Sochava (today Suceava). Here they still lie, in the monastery of St. John the New. Based on the name of this city, John received the name Sochavsky (less often called Suchavsky).

What saints can you pray to for successful trading?

In Orthodoxy there is no specific strong prayer for trading. Any prayer text can be a powerful help if you perform the prayer ritual correctly and are a religious person.

To whom can you turn your prayers? First of all, we need to remember the one who is always next to any believer and accompanies him throughout his life - this is the Guardian Angel.

In addition to the personal Guardian Angel, the following saints can provide assistance to an Orthodox person whose activities are related to trade:

  • John Sochavsky;
  • Spyridon of Trimifuntsky;
  • Seraphim of Sarov;
  • John the Merciful;
  • Nicholas the Wonderworker.

If the merchant is not familiar with the text of any of the prayers addressed to the above-mentioned saints of God, nothing prevents him from crying out in his own words for help from higher powers. Even such a prayer, coming from the depths of the heart, pronounced with unshakable faith, can lead to miraculous results.

How to Pray for Trading to Be Successful

There are many prayers that are addressed to saints, but what makes them strong is not the words themselves or the number of repetitions, but the faith of the one who says them. There is no instrument by which one can measure faith or the effectiveness of prayers. John of Sochavsky was successful because he led a righteous life.

As his life testifies, he helped all the sick and disadvantaged. Saint John took pity on them from the bottom of his heart, providing them with everything they needed, sparing no expense of his own. Trade brought him good income. But he did not bury the money in the ground “for a rainy day,” but used it to serve his neighbors. He acted this way out of faith - he showed mercy, he hoped for the mercy of God, comforting the poor, and he himself expected consolation from God.

Any business, including trade, can be pleasing to God, it depends on the person. To serve Christ in your place, it is important not to deceive customers, not to cheat, to sell only high-quality goods, to respect authorities, to be polite, to keep your place in order, not to offend subordinates - to pay salaries on time, not to deprive employees. Then everything will be alright.

To get help in trading, you need to pray constantly. In addition to John of Sochava, other saints also help in this:

  • Saint Nicholas of Myra;
  • Martyr Tryphon;
  • Martyr Spyridon of Trimifuntsky.

First of all, you need to pray to the Lord, it is not necessary to use long prayers or light expensive candles. Simply, while doing your work, you can repeat the Jesus Prayer, before each task you can say: “Lord, have mercy! Most Holy Theotokos, save!”

For trading to be successful, it is necessary to spend part of the income on good deeds . If you don’t want to put money in the church box, donate directly. These could be charities, orphanages, or a specific family that needs help.

  • Help can also be active - give someone a ride, help with repairs, teach orphans what you know how to do.
  • You can donate not only money, but also things and food.
  • Join a volunteer group that feeds the poor - if you look carefully, there will always be someone who needs help.

It is necessary to change for the better, then trade will improve. We need to order prayer services and attend services. This must be done regularly. It is necessary to understand that life is a single whole - you cannot remain a sinner and think that a few trips to the temple will create a miracle. Prayer for trade will be effective only if there are good deeds.

Who is John Sochavsky

According to surviving sources, John (New) Sochavsky was a successful merchant, distinguished by an honest and noble disposition and always tried to help the poor. He lived in a city that at that time was called Trebizond; the events took place in the fourteenth century.

Due to the nature of his activity, the merchant had to travel long distances. One of these trips became tragic for John Sachevsky. The captain of the ship on which the merchant had to get the goods turned out to be an unorthodox and cruel person. The fact of difference of opinions about Orthodoxy came to light during the conversation, for which the captain harbored a grudge against the merchant.

While making one of the stops, the fire worshiper decided to take revenge on John of Sochavsky and met with the mayor of Belgrade Bosphorus, knowing that they would not have any disputes regarding religion. The captain said that there was a man on his ship who wanted to renounce faith in Christ and join the ranks of fire worshipers. After listening to the guest, the mayor invited the merchant for a conversation.

The result of this meeting was a brutal reprisal against John of Sochavsky. He was beaten with sticks for a long time and persistently, shackled in metal chains and placed in prison. The next day after John of Sochava’s repeated refusal to accept the faith of fire worshipers, the mockery of him continued. The blows of the sticks were so strong that the merchant’s body was literally torn to pieces.

However, the mayor did not stop his revenge for disobedience. John's body was tied to the hooves of a horse, which galloped through the streets for a long time

. Residents angrily threw stones at the executed merchant, and one of them, in a fit of hatred, cut off his head.

At night, one of the eyewitnesses saw that a luminous pillar appeared over the body of John of Sochava. At the same time, burning lamps and three luminous men became visible. The local resident was unable to utter a word, and his body instantly went numb. The men performed the ritual with the merchant’s body and disappeared. An eyewitness told city residents about what he saw.

Having learned about such an event, the mayor gave orders for the burial of the remains of John of Sochavsky. So the merchant was numbered among the Saints. Having learned about what had happened and about the change in the mayor’s opinion, the ship’s captain attempted to steal the body of John of Sochavsky.

However, this time a miracle happened. At that moment, when the embittered thief was making his way to the burial place, the image of John of Sochava appeared to the local priest, who warned him about the crime being committed. The theft attempt failed.

Part of the relics of John Sochavsky is now located in the Ascension Cathedral in the city of Belgorod-Dnestrovsk. There is also a spring named after the great martyr. The water in it is believed to have healing properties. Services in the cathedral are held every Friday.

It is noteworthy that the bulk of people who come here to ask for help are representatives of various business sectors. These are small entrepreneurs from the market, owners of large companies, and representatives of other professions related to the trading industry.

Short story

The Holy Great Martyr John was born and lived in the city of Trebizond in the 14th century, professed the Orthodox faith, always helped his neighbors and the suffering, was pious, honest, and was also engaged in trade.

Once he had to travel on trade business on a ship. The captain of the ship was an unbeliever, and a dispute broke out between them about religion and Orthodoxy. But Sochavsky was very smart, eloquent and skilled in the book business, and every time he defeated the captain of the ship in these disputes, and he was very angry. Unable to forgive the offense, the ship's captain decided to take revenge on John. When their ship docked at Belgrade on the Bosphorus, the captain of the ship came to the mayor, who was a fire worshiper by faith, and said that a very smart man had sailed with him on the ship, who fiercely wanted to profess their faith.

We recommend studying Psalm 124

The ruler believed in this, greeted John with honor and offered to become one of the fire worshipers, but noticed that for this it was necessary to blaspheme faith in Jesus Christ, the son of God. Sochavsky prayed to himself, calling on the Heavenly Father for help. And God helped him: he gave him strength and understanding that it was necessary to firmly confess his faith and reject all the proposals of the wicked fire worshipers.

After this, the mayor ordered the saint to be beaten with sticks and rods; the martyr's body was so mutilated that there was no living space left on it. But the sufferer prayed all this time and thanked God that he visited him and deigned to shed blood for the Orthodox faith. Then the barely alive martyr was tied up and taken to prison. The next morning, the fire worshiper wanted to see John again. Sochavsky appeared to him with a kind and smiling face and again rejected the offer of the evil ruler.

The martyr was beaten again and again with sticks and rods until all his internal organs were mutilated. All this was seen by ordinary people who could not bear the terrible sight, rebelled and began to yell angrily, while denouncing the mayor, who so cruelly and mercilessly tortured a completely defenseless person.

The mayor ordered the beating of the martyr to stop and ordered that a wild horse be tied by the legs to the tail and driven through the streets of the city. The Jewish people threw stones at Sochavsky, and one person cut off the sufferer’s head. This is how the Great Martyr John ended his life.

At night, a miracle happened: a certain man saw a pillar of fire over the body of the saint and heard a choir of unearthly beauty singing. Three men in white robes sang psalms over the body of the deceased. This man wanted to shoot an arrow at them, but it didn’t work, because his hands were tied by an invisible force. The shooter stood in this position until dawn, until he told everything he had seen to people, and God had mercy and freed the sinner.

When the ruler of the city found out what had happened, he allowed Christians to take the body and head of the saint and bury them. The remains were buried next to the local church.

The captain who killed John soon repented and wanted to secretly transport the relics of the deceased to his homeland. But the great martyr came in a dream to the priest of the local church and said that this should not happen.

Only after 70 years of the relics of St. The martyr was transported to the city of Sochava and laid in the main church, where many miracles took place.

Prayer to Sochavsky for help in trade

The ribbon can be carried on your person, put in your pocket or sewn to your jacket. The words written on it will help not only to establish trade, but also to correct any situation. Congratulations to you!

For many centuries, people engaged in trade have prayed to St. John of Sochava. This is due to the fact that this Saint himself was a merchant during his earthly life, so he knows all sorts of problems that arise in people of this profession and understands how to deal with them.

John was captured and locked in prison. He was asked to accept paganism, but he refused. After this he suffered terrible abuse. They beat him with sticks until pieces of flesh began to fly off his body.

The dead body was left lying on the street. At night, people saw three luminous figures with lamps above him. This was perceived by the residents of the city as a special sign, so it was decided to bury the Great Martyr the next day in the local church cemetery.

Any action can be pleasing to the Almighty, including trade, but all this depends only on the person himself. In order to serve the Savior, the main thing in your place is not to deceive customers, to sell goods of proper quality, not to cheat, to show respect for authority, to keep your premises in order, to remain polite under any circumstances and not to offend your employees in any way, that is, not deprive them and pay wages for their work on time. And only then will everything be in order for a person who owns his business.

But in order to receive help in his affairs, an Orthodox Christian must:

  • Prayer should constantly be offered to the Holy Great Martyr John of Sochava, and it is not at all necessary to use expensive candles or read long prayers.
  • Give some part of what you earn to good deeds. You can donate money not only to the church box, but also transfer it to orphanages, charitable foundations, or help specific families in real need.
  • You can provide not only financial, but also active assistance, for example, teach what you know to children from an orphanage, let someone down for free, or help with repairs.
  • In addition, you can donate not only money, but food and things.
  • If you have the opportunity, you can join a group of volunteers that helps the poor by providing them with food.

In order for things to go uphill, you should only change for the better. It is necessary to order prayers in God's temple, attend church services, and perform similar actions constantly. It should be understood that life is a single whole, that is, one cannot be a sinner and think that a couple of visits to the chapel will create a true miracle.

Every Christian has heard about the exploits of John of Sochava. Now revered as a saint, this man did many good deeds during his lifetime, for which he was given the opportunity to sit next to the Lord. The life story of Saint John

And with all this, the miracle worker followed the precepts of the Holy Scriptures and, without being like his comrades, always remained generous. Due to his actions, many flattering words were written about him, all of which are true.

According to historical chronicles, one day the passion-bearer set off on a ship on a journey to distant shores. With him was the captain of this ship, who was overcome by fierce envy when he observed how God-pleasing the Saint was, constantly in prayer, and also diligently observing fasting.

Upon the ship's arrival in one of the Jewish cities (in which people of the Christian faith were hated at that time), its captain went to the then local ruler and said that supposedly the god-pleaser was eager to renounce his faith in order to join Judaism and become a fire worshiper. The ruler rejoiced at these words, desiring to arrange a personal audience with the righteous man.

There is a legend that some people saw how, after the death of a righteous man, several priests in shining robes allegedly appeared over his body and said funeral prayers. The Jew, who saw this, decided to shoot one of the men with a bow, however, as soon as he aimed the gun, his body immediately became motionless, until he told those around him about what had happened.

As a rule, on divine images the Saint is depicted in the guise of a young man with a beard and thick, curly hair. With one hand he supposedly gives his blessing to anyone who asks for help, and with the other hand he holds the cross of God.

The icon of the Wonderworker of Sochava comes to the aid of all true Christian believers who turn in the following cases:

  • to gain both physical and mental health;
  • when problems arise in trade matters;
  • when you have strayed from the true path of righteous living;
  • if a person is overcome by an incurable disease;
  • to receive the intercession of the Holy One in matters other than trade;
  • in helping to atone for committed sins.

You can see and venerate the miraculous face of the sufferer in Moscow, in the Cathedral of the Archangel Michael, which is located on the Maiden Field (next to the Clinics). You can get to it by going to the Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station on the red line (Sokolnicheskaya).

Next, after exiting the first carriage, you should turn right and follow the direction from the center along the even side of the avenue. Vernadsky. After 10 minutes of walking you will reach the temple you need. You can also get there from the metro station by minibus, driving just a few stops (approximately 850 m).
