There comes a time in everyone's life when you think about buying an apartment. Such thoughts usually occur when you are tired of living with your parents, or are already tired of wandering around rented homes. I want my own: my own house, my own roof, renovations according to my own ideas, absolutely everything, everything is my own.
Not everyone is so lucky in life that they get an apartment or a house just like that: for example, as a gift from their parents, or winning the lottery. As a rule, quite a lot of time passes before you buy your own home, and it happens that it seems that you are about to have your own corner, and then suddenly something ends abruptly. For such cases, there is a prayer for purchasing housing.
Solving the housing problem
The housing issue is always relevant. At all times, housing is bought, sold, exchanged, rented out. People often face difficulties, many of which boil down to a lack of funds. Prayer for buying an apartment
A prayer for help in purchasing housing should not be perceived as a magic formula, the reading of which will immediately solve the housing problem. For Christians, prayer is a conversation with the Almighty Creator.
“Prayer is a great blessing. If someone, talking with a virtuous person, receives considerable benefit from him, then what benefits will not the one worthy of talking with God receive? Prayer is a conversation with God” (St. John Chrysostom, 347-407).

There is no strict indication of who exactly should be asked to successfully resolve the housing issue. Only God fulfills requests. Saints are intermediaries between people and the Creator. However, among the Orthodox there are “particularly respected” helpers in this matter: Saints Nicholas of Myra and Spyridon of Trimythous.
Saint Nicholas the Pleasant lived in the 3rd-4th century in Asia Minor (modern Türkiye). When his parents died, he distributed all his property to the poor and needy people. In the city of Myra, Lycian province, he was installed as a bishop (hence the nickname Myra). Even during his earthly life, Nikolai Ugodnik helped people with various needs in every possible way. This earned him the reputation of a “universal” assistant.
Saint Spyridon of Trimythous lived in the 3rd-4th century on the island of Cyprus. By occupation he was a shepherd. Being a family man and knowing the worries of everyday life, he tried in every possible way to help those in need. After the death of his wife, the saint was ordained bishop of the city of Trimifunt, which is why he is called Trimifuntsky. Now he is known to many as a saint who helps in everyday difficulties.
Prayer to Nicholas the Wonderworker and Spyridon of Trimifuntsky for the purchase of an apartment often helped believers in solving housing problems.

Lord, everything is your holy will. I thank all the saints for their help and support. I learned about Saint Daniel from friends, went and worshiped. I asked from the bottom of my heart, told about my problem at work, told it and cried. I bought a book about his life, read it and began to read a prayer daily.
