How to rid your life of sins: 5 important steps that cleanse your soul

How to get rid of sins

The question is: how can we come to cleanse our life of everything bad and, above all, of all those wrong thoughts and actions that we indulge in and commit every day, sometimes without even realizing it?

Believers know that it is spirituality that gives a person the right direction, as well as the strength to fight sinful thoughts and wrong actions.

Here are 5 important steps on the path to purification and proper spiritual life:

1. Recognition

This is perhaps the most difficult stage.

Do you know why sin overcomes most people so easily, and why people succumb to it? Perhaps, first of all, because sin knows how to disguise itself and deceive people.

A person does not always understand that he is doing something that contradicts high spiritual values and goes against the way he should live his life correctly.

As a result, a person spends a lot of time justifying his sin as an individual quirk or a product of the environment in which he lives. He describes his daily sins as an innate addiction that his mother, father, and grandparents had.

The worst thing is that people deny the very existence of sin. They do not understand that they are doing something that should not be done, and that is forbidden and sinful.

Remember: any spiritual victory begins with identifying the enemy.

A completely logical question arises: “If you don’t know who the enemy really is, how are you going to fight him? How am I going to eliminate something from my life that I don’t even identify as needing to be eliminated?”

Sin is not only an evil concept, but also a false one. And sin is inside each of us.

Fighting Sin

Anyone who does not have contrition for sins does not fully feel like a sinner, does not fully realize that sin is the greatest evil, the greatest insult to the Lord God.

I. The publican, when he fully recognized himself as a sinner and did not dare to lift his eyes to the Lord, but only beat himself in the chest and cried out from the depths of his soul: “God, be merciful to me, a sinner!” Thus, true Christians, recognizing themselves as sinners, realizing that sin is the greatest insult to the Lord, constantly lamented their sins.

II. The Monk Emilian, living in Rome, spent most of his life in sins; but one day he suddenly felt a desire to leave his sinful life. For this purpose, he retired to a monastery and labored for a long time in fasting, prayer and mortification. Not limiting himself to performing the ordinary feats of monastic life, every night he retired from the monastery to a secluded cave and there with tears he mourned the sins of his youth. The abbot of the monastery, wanting to know where the monk was going, one day followed him and then saw Emilian standing in prayer and illuminated by an extraordinary light; then he hears the voice of God: “Emilians! Your sins are forgiven!” The abbot, having arrived at the monastery, told the brethren about what he had seen and heard, and moreover said: “For our sake, a voice came from heaven, and the Lord sent His light-like mercy, so that we would know that God is truly not far from the repentant, that He is waiting for our conversion, and the heirs We will have eternal life."69

III. The repentant thief.

“When I arrived at a certain hostel, I saw,” says St. John Climacus, the terrible judgment seat of the good judge and shepherd. While I was there, it happened that a robber came, expressing a desire to enter monasticism. The excellent shepherd and doctor of the monastery ordered him to remain in perfect peace for seven days and only examine the structure of the monastery. After the seventh day, the shepherd calls him and asks him privately if he wants to stay with them. And seeing that he agreed with all sincerity, he again asks him what bad thing he did while living in the world. The robber immediately and with all zeal confessed all his sins to him; then the shepherd, tempting him, said: “I want you to announce this before the whole brotherhood.” He, truly hating his sin and despising all shame, promised without a doubt to fulfill this: “If you want, I will do it even in the middle of Alexandria.” Then the shepherd gathered all his sheep, of which there were three hundred and thirty, into the church, and during the Divine Liturgy (for it was a Sunday), after reading the Gospel, he ordered to bring in this, already blameless, condemned man. Some of the brothers pulled him and hit him lightly; his hands were tied behind him; he was dressed in sackcloth, and his head was covered with ashes; so that at this one sight everyone was horrified and exclaimed with tears, for no one knew what it all meant. Then, when he was near the holy doors, the sacred and philanthropic judge called to him in a loud voice: “Stop, for you are not worthy to enter here!” Struck by the voice of the shepherd descending to him from the altar (for, as he later assured us with an oath, it seemed to him that he heard thunder, and not a human voice), the robber fell to the ground, trembling, and was completely shaken by fear. When he, having thus thrown himself to the ground, wetted the platform with tears, then this wonderful doctor, who had arranged for his salvation by all means and presented to everyone the image of salvation and real humility, ordered him to declare before everyone in detail all the iniquities he had committed. This is what he did: with trepidation he confessed all his sins, one after another; sins that can terrify anyone who hears them; not only carnal sins, but also poisoning, murder, and other atrocities that should neither be heard nor written down. Immediately after this confession, the shepherd ordered him to be tonsured and numbered among the brethren.

Amazed by the wisdom of this monk, I asked him privately: why did he use such a strange way of repentance? “For two reasons,” answered this true doctor, “firstly, in order to save the one who confessed by present shame from the future; secondly, since among my brethren there are those who have sins that are not exposed by confession, I wanted by this example to encourage them to confession, without which no one can receive forgiveness.”70

IV. Holy Martyr Evdokia.

In Phenicia of Lebanon, neighboring the Jewish country, in the city of Iliopolis, at the beginning of the 2nd century, there lived a Samaritan woman, Eudokia, who was known not only in her city, but also far around both for her beauty and for her dissipation. Through her debauchery she collected great treasures and lived, apparently, in complete contentment, adding sins to sins daily. Obviously, such a life could not lead to anything good: the great sinner perished. But then one night, while resting in her upper room, Evdokia, in the silence of the night, suddenly heard someone’s voice behind the thin wall of her bedchamber; She listened closely to what was being read, and she heard some words about sinners and righteous people, about God’s judgment over both, and so on. And this was prayed and read in the next room by a certain monk Herman, who accidentally stopped by his acquaintance for the night on the way to his monastery. Having strengthened himself somewhat with a night's sleep, Herman, according to his usual rule, got up early in the morning to pray and after prayer read some sacred book, which, among other things, spoke of God's judgment over sinful and righteous people. It was these words of the monk Herman that Evdokia heard: they sank deeply into her soul, awakened her conscience and caused spiritual anxiety in her.

Evdokia cannot sleep and is impatiently waiting for the morning to ask in detail who was reading what in the next room. It's morning. Evdokia calls a stranger to her, asks who he is and what he has read, listens from Herman to a detailed Gospel story about how the Lord will judge all people, both righteous and sinners, at His Second Coming, and what fate awaits both . The image of God's judgment greatly struck the soul of the pagan sinner. She becomes thoughtful and begins to sigh and cry. Having opened her soul to the humble monk, she finally asks him for instructions on what to do. After a long conversation, on the advice of the monk, she brought the presbyter to her, with whom she also had a long conversation about the faith of Christ and salvation; on his advice and on the advice of Herman, she spent seven days in solitary reflection on her sins, in fasting and prayer, and then received baptism.

Having learned from a conversation with the monk Herman the height of monastic desert life, she distributed all her treasures to the poor and wretched and went into the desert, to one of the monastic monasteries; there she achieved equal angelic perfection and was awarded the gift of miracles. 56 years after her baptism, she was awarded the crown of martyrdom. So wonderfully, so unexpectedly, the great pagan sinner Evdokia was called to salvation; so wonderfully did she begin and complete her holy and ascetic life71.

V. Venerable Mary of Egypt as a high example of repentance.

In her youth, Mary of Egypt was very beautiful. But alas! This heavenly beauty brought her in our sinful world to the brink of destruction. Having been seduced by a young man, at the age of twelve she lost a woman’s precious treasure - chastity - and fell into debauchery. The further she went, the deeper she plunged into carnal impurity. she did not miss a single opportunity to sin, she could no longer think about anything else but about her beloved passion. it all turned into fire and in this fire slowly melted and collapsed. She lived like this for 17 years!.. While one day at the sea, she saw a ship sailing to Jerusalem for the Feast of the Exaltation of the Life-Giving Cross of the Lord. Seeing many young people on the ship, she immediately wanted to lure them into her network. She begged to be accepted onto the ship. And, oh horror! Despite the fact that the ship sailed to such a holy place as Jerusalem with Calvary and the Holy Sepulcher, and for such an honorable holiday as the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, Mary performed such shameful things on the ship with young people that one must wonder how this sea did not part and swallow the ship... But what sin can surpass the patience and love of God!...

From what sin is God not able to pluck a person, if, despite all the vileness of it, in the depths of his heart there still glimmers a spark of tenderness, kindness, love!.. And God plucked Mary from her sinful filth.

Arriving in Jerusalem and seeing that all the people were heading towards the temple, Mary also headed there. But as soon as she approached the doors of the temple, some invisible force delayed her. No matter how hard she tried, she could not enter the temple. It was then that Divine grace touched her soul for the first time. Ashamed and disgraced for the first time, lukewarm and then hot tears of remorse and endless sorrow streamed down her face. stepping aside, she thought deeply. what was she thinking about? She herself still didn’t know exactly what to think or what to do. But if God, by His mercy, found her worthy to once touch with His grace and help, then He will not leave her in the future. Raising her eyes, Maria involuntarily saw an icon of the Mother of God on the church wall. The holy and meek face of the Mother of God seemed to call her to Himself. Mary fell to her knees in front of the icon and with tears in her eyes exclaimed: “Mother of God! My sins are grave! I know that my place is not in the holy temple, but in hell! But You, All-Good One, do not despise my first repentance and help me before God, Your Son! From now on I will live only for Him and for You!..”

Tears crushed her and did not allow her to speak. But was it necessary to say more? Isn’t everything said here that could and should have been said to Mary at this time?

Rising after prayer, Mary again approached the doors of the temple. The previous invisible force did not hold her back. she freely entered the temple and bowed to the Honorable Cross of Christ. The spirit of tenderness and gratitude again embraced her... she returns to the icon of the Mother of God, makes a vow in front of it to always belong to and serve God alone and leaves for the Jordan desert, where she spends 47 years in prayer and deeds!.. For 47 years she has not seen a single human face ! For 47 years she lived only on grains of bread and herbs she took with her into the desert! For 47 years she lived not in a house, but in the open air, enduring the heat of the sun, summer rain and winter cold!

It’s not hard to imagine what all this cost her body, accustomed to comfort and sweets. And what troubles she did not endure from her passions and from the enemy of the human race! When she ate the grains of her bread, she longed for the meat and fish she had eaten in Egypt, and the wine she had tasted before. When she began to pray, shameful songs that she had once sung came to her mind. Passions kindled her like a fire and drew her to her former sinful life. So 17 years passed. But Maria fought and stood firm. Then a quiet, sweet light illuminated her soul and a great silence settled in her in the place of the previous storm. The enemy of the human race was put to shame and no longer dared to approach her. Her whole soul and whole body were cleansed and sanctified, and therefore no more bad thoughts came to her mind, no bad desires appeared in her heart. Striving further for another 30 years, Mary achieved such holiness and miraculousness that she crossed the Jordan River as if on dry ground, during prayer she ascended from the ground into the air, she knew the Holy Scriptures well, although she had never studied it, she knew what was happening far from her, she could predict the future, her body looked more like spirit than flesh.

When the time came for her death, Mary had a desire to partake of the Body and Blood of Christ. Then God sent her a certain priest named Zosima to the desert. She begged this elder to bring her the Body and Blood of Christ. Having received the Holy Mysteries, Mary asked Zosima to come to her in a year. Arriving a year later, Zosima saw some extraordinary light illuminating a place in the desert. Approaching this place, Zosima saw the deceased Mary there. The angels carried her holy soul to heaven. Having cried enough and thanked God, who had deigned him to see a saint unknown to any person in the world and serve her, Zosima thought about how he should dig a grave for the burial of the deceased. Then two lions ran out of the desert, dug a hole with their claws and ran away into the desert again. Having again thanked God, Zosima reverently sang psalms and other sacred songs, humbly lifted the saint and lowered her into the grave...

This story teaches us so much:

a) No matter how deeply a person is mired in sinful impurity, he should never despair, but should always hope for conversion and a better life.

b) If a person tries with all his might and firmly believes in God’s help, then he can not only leave the path of sin, but even achieve a high degree of holiness.

c) Although the converted sinner has to endure many temptations and temptations, he has to endure a lot of struggle with his lusts and passions, but if he overcomes them victoriously, then perfect peace will fill his soul and heavenly light will illuminate his inner being.

d) The further, the easier and sweeter the holy life will be for him, until finally he passes into the afterlife, where there is no sadness or sighing, but life is endless72.

What is sin?

The second question arises: What is sin? It is something that is contrary to the instructions and covenants that God gave to man.

We sin when we don't do what we think is right. We also sin when we disobey God or when we do something contrary to what religion teaches us.

One of the most effective and sure ways to recognize sin is prayer. Pray for an understanding of sin and its identification. After all, only knowing the enemy in person can we fight against him.

When the same sin hardens our hearts, willpower alone is not enough

When Gideon's army of 32,000 was outnumbered by Midian's army of 135,000, the Lord told Gideon that his army was too large (see Judges 7:1-3). He said, “You have too many people with you; I cannot deliver the Midianites into their hands, lest Israel become proud before me and say, ‘My hand has saved me.’” (7:2). So the Lord commanded Gideon to reduce his army until there were only 300 soldiers left. As a result, Gideon's army was only 1% of the original number, and for every Israelite warrior there were 400 Midianites.

By reducing Gideon's army in this way, God wanted to make sure that Gideon's soldiers would trust Him and not the "hand of the flesh." Gideon and his soldiers knew that it was not they who saved themselves, but their God.

Why did God want Gideon's soldiers to understand that He was their only source of strength? For the same reason that He wants us to understand this, He does not need our praise: He wants us to understand, for our own benefit, that we cannot survive spiritually without His help. As President Henry B. Eyring said, we “need a strength greater than ourselves to keep the commandments given to us in whatever circumstances life may throw at us,” because no matter how hard we try, personal discipline alone will not will be sufficient.

Unfortunately, we talk a lot about willpower and obedience, as if “trying harder” is the key to personal virtue. But that's not true. Like Ammon, we need to understand that we are “nothing” and that “as far as [our] strength is concerned, [we] are weak” (Alma 26:12). And there is nothing wrong with that! Even Christ could not cope alone. Sometimes He left people to pray to the Father. And while He was praying in the Garden of Gethsemane, an angel appeared to Him and helped Him (see Luke 22:43). Even a perfect Savior needed a power greater than Himself, as well as the help of Heavenly Father.

It may be that willpower is sufficient when it comes to following the commandments. But when we are faced with sins that we “like,” discipline alone is not enough. If you could overcome such sins on your own, you would have done it long ago. But you didn't do it, you couldn't, because you can't. Alone, you simply don't have the strength.

Purification by hunger

How does hunger cleanse karma? Since ancient times, fasting has been considered a general cleaning of the soul and body. After fasting, lightness appears in the body, the head thinks better. Healing occurs on all levels. Moreover, after fasting, such talents and abilities can be revealed that a person did not even know about.

Fasting should begin from day 1, then you can increase the duration of the fast. A long fast should only be carried out under the supervision of a doctor, but a short one should be done at home. Find the works of P. Bragg, G. Shelton, Arnold Ehret and, with the help of fasting, try to rise to a new level of spiritual development.

Finally: to properly cleanse karma, read Sviyash’s books online. Alexander Sviyash tells in accessible language how to clear karma yourself and improve your life.

Where to start updating fate

Where to start cleansing at home in order to gain access to setting up life from scratch, cleanse yourself of negativity, and free up space for positive events.

  • Start with yourself:
  • Never settle scores with a person, God himself knows what is due to him.
  • If your actions will cause suffering to another person, then abandon them.
  • Help others, even if they don't ask. Doing good by force will not improve your karma.
  • Do not shift responsibility for your actions to other people. These are the consequences of your negative actions.
  • Avoid doing things that will overfill your karmic vessel.
  • Keep people from doing bad things if they will worsen their fate.
  • If you have done a bad action, do not wait for punishment, but quickly atone for your sin.
  • If a person has suffered from your actions, do something good for them.
  • If you mentally wished evil, then this is equivalent to saying it out loud. Don't curse anyone. Don't be selfish, take care of others.
  • Do all good deeds not from the mind, “that it’s necessary,” but from a pure heart, otherwise the vessel will not shrink.

God Can Turn Our Weaknesses into Advantages

I once thought that great changes of heart only happened to the ancient prophets. However, Elder Bednar explains: “To enable the Holy Spirit to so change our hearts that we no longer have 'the intention of doing evil, but [are] continually doing good' (Mosiah 5:2), as happened to King Benjamin's people, “This is the responsibility we have accepted through the covenant.” We have all accepted the covenant to change our hearts at least once. And when, as a result of this change, we no longer want to sin, our weaknesses will not only go away, but will make us stronger.

With the grace of God, disadvantages can become advantages. Moreover, many—if not all—of our greatest spiritual strengths were once weaknesses.

In the Old Testament, the basis of Christianity is revealed in the words of two prophets: Isaiah and Moses. The Savior says, “Great are the words of Isaiah” (3 Nephi 23:1). And most often the Savior quoted this prophet. From the mouth of Moses came the Law of Moses, which included the 10 commandments. Ironically, both of these prophets were shamed for their shortcomings in delivering speeches (Exodus 6:30, Exodus 4:10, Isaiah 6:5). This was also a stumbling block for Enoch. However, judging by the effect of his prophetic and inspired utterances, he is unmatched by other prophets (see Moses 7:69).

While Isaiah, Moses, and Enoch lacked the gift of speech, the prophet Moroni was characterized by “clumsiness of hand” and “weakness” in writing (Ether 12:24-25). However, despite this shortcoming, the Lord chose him to edit much of the Book of Mormon, as well as the title page of this “most faithful book on earth.” The Introduction to the Book of Mormon contains only one verse—Moroni 10:3–5—the most frequently quoted verse by missionaries, providing the promise that we can know the truth of the Book of Mormon and the restored gospel.

And the list of such examples goes on: the apostle Paul, Alma the Younger, the sons of Mosiah - they were all missionaries who began their ministry with weak faith. Even the brother of Jared gained the strength of faith after initially being humbled by his shortcomings. No matter how simple or complex the sins we commit over and over again seem to be, we can all turn our weaknesses into strengths.

Under Law or Under Grace

Through the Apostle Paul, the Holy Spirit makes a twofold statement:

  • first, since we are no longer under the law that revealed sin, that sin now has no power over us and will not control us;
  • secondly, because we are now under grace, sin cannot control us.

It is this double statement that gives me the basis for faith, to confess victory over sin, to know how to overcome sin: “for with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation.” (Romans 10:10)

This scripture is very important for victory! When my heart is established in righteousness - not earned by my works, but given to me by the grace of God - I can boldly confess the victory of Christ and my salvation.

Victory over sin

Thus, the opportunity to overcome sin and the power not to sin comes to us through the confession of our faith, which is based on the firm conviction of the victory over sin given to us by Jesus Christ.

Cleaning money karma

The first thing that worries people is financial instability and lack of work. Don’t despair, because you can always change the monetary karma of your entire family or just your family.

  • Money loves pure thoughts, cleanliness in the house, cleanliness of the body. Free your soul from negativity more often through sincere repentance, forgiveness, fasting, abstinence, clean your home more often, wash in the shower.
  • Never envy rich people, do not consider them thieves. Say: “Well done, he managed to achieve wealth, he managed to get on his feet!” Perhaps they once followed the laws of the Cosmos and are now swimming in money. If they stop doing good deeds, stop helping people, they can slide into poverty.
  • In order not to knock on a closed door, analyze your life, where you have done too much. After analysis, try to admit mistakes and correct them while there is time.
  • Help orphans, truly poor people, not out of gratitude, but from the heart.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the ritual for money at home

Healing practice

Meditation, done slowly and with concentration, will help heal an entire family.

  • Stand up, press your feet together, close your eyes, breathe a little.
  • Exhale all the tension, feel that you are a particle of the Universe, and light is pouring into your head, energy is penetrating, your body is as if being washed, cleansed, and flows of energy are circulating in it.
  • Now clearly imagine how your parents stand on both sides, then put their hands on your shoulders.
  • Behind them are grandparents, and so on.
  • If you don’t remember your ancestors, then mentally designate them in the form of human figures.
  • It turns out to be a pyramid, at the top of which is the oldest man.
  • Invite him to stand in front.
  • Ask him for forgiveness from the bottom of your heart for your bad deeds, respectfully ask him to clear his karma.
  • After receiving forgiveness, ask to bless the entire family.
  • Do the same with the oldest woman of your kind.
  • You will feel the powerful support of your family, you will see how all its members glow with purity. Everything bad is destroyed, a new bright life begins. A person, having done such meditation, will no longer be angry with his ancestors, because the family has been purified, it has united to become a reliable support for the living.

Rescue from failure

In the ancient world, runes were used more actively than now. As it turns out, they will also help remove negative phenomena from our lives, and very quickly. You can make a stave from runes and wear it as an amulet.

In the clause, say exactly what you want to remove. Be sure to add - without harm to (name). If you cannot accurately formulate what you need to be saved from, just talk to him as to a loved one. Name all the runes as a sign of respect for them.

  • The wearer must apply it to the piece of paper.
  • Can be activated by fire, incense or breath.
  • A drop of blood should be dropped into the center of the point.
  • Cleaning period. It all depends on the accumulated negativity.
  • After the expiration date, thank the runes for their work and burn the leaf.

How to cleanse yourself of negative karma

What is the main reason for the appearance of negative karma or sinful acts of a person? To understand this multi-stage process, you need to understand all the stages:

  1. Idea or envy;
  2. The desire to have what others have;
  3. Thought on how to implement;
  4. Accumulation of energy - money;
  5. Realization of what you want;
  6. A short-term emotion of happiness from the realization of a desire;
  7. Next idea or envy...

It follows that all human actions occur for the sake of a feeling of HAPPINESS when realizing a DESIRE. We can say that in the absence of desires there are no actions and, accordingly, there is no happiness.

For example, a girl has a desire to get married and have a child, and if this is realized, she will be happy. But the girl is ugly and young people don’t fall for her. Her friends have already gotten married and even given birth to children, and she has entered the “old maid” stage. This is how ENVY arises, an accelerator for the realization of desires.

Let's assume that she decides to “bewitch” a man, that is, to use black magic. From this moment, the negative karma of the individual begins to form and a chain of the “left” path of soul development arises, leading the person towards the “Black Sun”. The girl finds a witch and she advises how to make a “love potion” to subjugate the will of a man. As a result of such a magical effect, the man will be stupid and obey the woman in everything. This is not love, but the manifestation of one’s will over another person, which contradicts the basic Law of God the Father of human souls, to whom He granted FREEDOM OF CHOICE and ACTION, which even God cannot violate.

Therefore, the sin is not only in the act of “love spell”, but also in the violation of the Basic Law of the development of the Souls of people - FREEDOM OF CHOICE and ACTION. In this case, the girl is likened to infernal, astral and mental entities who love to control people, arousing in them the base desires they need, instilling negative thoughts in order to extract their Vital and Emotional Energy from a person. After all, the girl will also benefit from the man throughout her life, if this poor man does not manage to get out of the shackles of the “chains of Ganymede.”

After this life, the soul of that girl will again be embodied in the body of a man and will experience the power of a “love spell” of another girl. This life will pass and now, the soul after death will evaluate the result of this “love spell” experience from different positions and will finally decide whether or not to make the same mistake or sin in the next third life. It is possible that in the fourth life there will be a temptation to use a “love spell” and everything will depend on the choice of the individual under the influence of the subconscious of the soul, which has decided not to do this anymore.

This is how any sin is experienced by the soul from different sides: killed in one life, they will kill you in the next life, stole - they will steal from you, deceived - you will be deceived and more than once, so that the soul understands well what it is like to be deceived. And ultimately, the soul, without any coercion from anyone, makes the final choice to sin or not to sin.

And there are quite a lot of such sins or deviations from the evolutionary path of development of soul consciousness. I will give a list of karmic sins according to Orthodoxy: no living faith in God murder suicide adultery fornication sin of prostitution pimping rape theft robbery and arson failure to fulfill promises and non-repayment of debts disrespect for parents laziness stinginess cruelty to people cruelty to animals slander, slander and gossip hypocrisy anger and irritation deception and perjury lies covetousness envy jealousy rancor alcoholism and drug addiction gluttony vanity addiction to things, money and luxury cursing neighbors and enemies practicing magic and witchcraft renunciation of love

(from the book “Dowsing for Everyone” by L. G. Puchko, P-diagram Fig. 94, supplemented by V. Kom)

This list of sins in Orthodoxy is used for repentance during confession, but it is not used in the analysis of sins in past lives. After all, Christians incorrectly imagine that the Soul lives only once on Earth and no longer incarnates in the bodies of people. This limitation will not allow them to live and develop harmoniously, and also leads to suffering from numerous diseases, the causes of which are rooted in the negative karma of their Soul. And if you consider that in Russia there are about 50% of the total adult population of atheists, plus 35% of religious people, in total 85% of the population do not understand how their Soul works and what requirements our Father God makes for its purity, then only 15% of people are able to perceive this information about the karma of the Soul. For those who understand that it is necessary to cleanse not only their current life, but also many other lives of their Soul from sins, they should know how this can be done. There is an opinion, drawn from the Vedic knowledge of India, where everyone believes in past lives, that negative karma is purified through suffering in this life. And if a person endures everything, then in his next life he will have a happy fate. Currently, it is possible to cleanse yourself of negative karma by repenting before God the Father.

But first, you need to find out what sin from a past life affects your health or life circumstances. And if you want to know all your sins of past lives, then for this you need to use the dowsing method - a pendulum. To do this, find fig. in L. G. Puchko’s book “Dowsing for Everyone”. 94 P-diagram to determine the type of sins (according to Orthodoxy) that caused karmic disease and make a list of your sins and in how many lives you sinned with the same sin. For those who are unable to do this, you can get a karma diagnosis from the author of this article, Vladimir Kom. Those who have developed intuition and inner vision can view their past lives. To do this, sit alone and imagine the following picture in your imagination:

You fly high in the sky above the clouds, where your Soul flies, and there you mentally say three times: “My Soul!” I want to see and know my incarnation, which committed the sin (name). After this, slowly descend to Earth and, having stood on your feet, look around, see where you ended up. Watch a “movie” about a past life, but try not to worry, be neutral, otherwise the vision will stop. When you understand what a person sinned in one of his incarnations, then in your imagination imagine the picture: You are standing in Space in front of the huge Sun, which personifies the Spiritual World, where God, Archangels and Angels, Saints, etc. are located. Mentally say, turning to the Sun: - Our Father, Lord! I ask you to forgive me and my Soul for this and the previous incarnation, where a sin (name) was committed, for which I sincerely repent. I ask you to help my Soul and replay the plot of this life so that it does not interfere with my spiritual development and health. After these words, send a ray of love to God from your heart, and in response a Ray of Divine Love will come to you, which will enter you. Look at your changed life again and you will feel a change in your condition, and after a while, an improvement in your health. For control purposes, check again the absence of previously identified sin using the “P-chart”.

On average, a person has from 3 to 20 types of karmic sins, so systematically atone for each sin of your Soul. Formation of ancestral karma

We receive ancestral karma from our parents and from the entire family. We may not know who in our family passed on our sins, but we can constantly feel negative programs from our parents. The following statements increase the burden: “I am a loser,” “men are unfaithful, you cannot rely on them,” “there are only problems in life.” Get rid of harmful programs as soon as possible.

Even if you leave your parents, it will not save you. We'll have to work. In the previous article we already wrote what prayers should be read for 40 days.

It’s good if you cleanse yourself of negative karma using the following program:

  1. Open all the windows for 10 minutes, when opening, say: “I take away the sins of my ancestors, I let them go free to the wind. I don’t love them and don’t live with them, I miss life with them.”
  2. Sprinkle every corner of your home with holy water, then wash yourself with holy water and wash every inhabitant of your home. At the same time, say three times: “I wash away your sins from myself. Forever, Forever. Let it be so".
  3. Walk around the house with a burning candle, say: “I drive away the remnants of evil. The one whose name I do not mention will be scared by fire.”
  4. Dig up some dirt in a park where no one walks or cars drive, put it in a corner by the front door. Let it lie for 1 month so that the earth collects the minor sins of all generations. Then wash the floor.

Don’t anger God, fix what can be fixed, wait for relief from your problems and it will come. Cleaning karma will help make life better.

Tips for easing karma

You can make your life easier if you follow these tips:

  • Don’t have the habit of complaining about fate, so as not to worsen your karma.
  • Perceive your mistakes and failures with humor and jokes. Self-irony will help you overcome any obstacles.
  • Show more compassion for parents, the sick, the elderly, and the infirm.
  • Do not turn to healers, cleanse your cross yourself.
  • Be brave, fate does not like weak whiners.
  • Even in complete hopelessness, there is always a way out. Don't miss your chance to find it.

How Higher Powers Help People

Higher powers never refuse people help if they sincerely ask and do good deeds.

You can pray for forgiveness of sins. To do this, you don’t have to go to church every day; you can also pray in front of the images at home. When reading a prayer, soul-healing vibrations occur and a person is cleansed. Prayers in nature are especially useful. Include fasting, abstaining from entertainment, do not swear, avoid quarrels and conflicts.

Mantras are spiritual helpers. The sages of the East say that there are mantras for every person, for every need. For example, to attract money, a mantra must be read every day for 1-2 months. The number of repetitions is 3.9, 27, and preferably 108 times. Grab your rosary and get started.

It should be named specifically, for example, “I direct the fruits from reading this mantra to buy a home, buy a car, get an education...” At the same time, imagine and feel the joy of the acquisition.

Treat the recitation of mantras with respect. Get alone, take a few deep breaths, dive into its depths. Choose one and read.

  • OM GURAVE NAMAH - the Jupiter mantra is read on Thursdays, on the day of Jupiter. Can be strengthened by charitable deeds.
  • OM HRIM SHRIM LAKSHMI BYO NAMAHA or OM SHRI MAHA LAKSHMIYE NAMAH – read in front of the image of Goddess Lakshmi, the mantra of wealth and acquiring material wealth.
  • OM SRI GANESHAYA NAMAH - veneration of Ganesha. The mantra will help attract money, retain it, and remove obstacles in business.

The mantra for purifying karma of enormous power will help calm the soul, mind, and cleanse karma. You need to listen to it for 21 days in order to be cleansed not only in this incarnation.

There is even special music that acts in such a way that a person’s karma is reset. You can listen to it online.
