Why does a person die? The most common causes of death. Causes of sudden human death

At all times, people have been interested in: why does a person die? In fact, this is quite an interesting question, to answer which we can consider several theories that can shed light on this situation. There are many different opinions on this topic, but in order to understand what death is and why a person is susceptible to it, it is necessary to uncover the mystery of old age. At the moment, a large number of scientists are struggling to solve this problem; completely different theories are being put forward, each of which, one way or another, has the right to life. But, unfortunately, none of these theories have been proven at the moment, and this is unlikely to happen in the near future.

Theories related to aging

As for opinions on the question “Why does a person die?”, they are all as diverse as they are similar. What these theories have in common is that natural death always comes with old age. A certain circle of scientists is of the opinion that old age as such begins at the moment of the emergence of life. In other words, as soon as a person is born, the invisible clock begins its reverse movement, and when the dial goes to zero, the person’s presence in this world will also cease.

There is an opinion that until a person reaches maturity, all processes in the body occur in the active stage, and after this moment they begin to fade away, along with this the number of active cells decreases, which is why the aging process occurs.

As for immunologists and some gerontologists who tried to find an answer to the question “Why does a person die?”, then, from their point of view, with age, autoimmune phenomena intensify in a person against the background of a decrease in the reaction of cells, which, in essence, leads to that the body’s immune system begins to “attack” its own cells.

Geneticists, naturally, say that the whole problem lies in genes, while doctors argue that human death is inevitable due to body defects that accumulate throughout a person’s life.

Accepted terminology

Death is understood as a complete cessation of vital activity, during which physiological and biological processes cease. There is a special direction in medicine that studies the body in the final stage of the dying process. This science is called thanatology.

For most people at all times, death has been fraught with mysticism and mystery. It is inevitable, often unpredictable and unexpected. But the concepts of death in law, medicine, philosophy, and religion differ markedly.

Doctors separately identify several thermal conditions that precede immediate death. This is pre-agony, agony and clinical death. At this time, resuscitation measures may still be successful. If they were not carried out or were ineffective, then doctors diagnose biological death. In this state, an irreversible cessation of all physiological processes occurs in tissues and cells.

Subsequently, the decomposition process begins. This is the name for the destruction of the body, during which all nerve connections are damaged. Recovery after this becomes absolutely impossible. Experts call this stage information death.

Until it occurs, there is a theoretical possibility of preserving the body in a state of suspended animation (using, for example, cryonics), which can prevent further destruction of the body. In this case, the theoretical possibility of its restoration in the future remains.

Law of nature

But still, why do people grow old and die? Perhaps this is how human nature was designed to ensure perfect balance on the planet? After all, if people never died, then after a short time they would have filled the entire planet with themselves, thereby leading it to irreversible death. But at the same time, you should first pay attention to the fact that the aging of the body began not with people, but with single-celled ciliates. The problem is that it is almost impossible to create perfect DNA, despite the fact that a person is already able to edit his program. Thus, we can summarize and give a more or less adequate answer to the question of why a person dies. This is due to the fact that human DNA is not able to constantly maintain the balance of the body without experiencing any losses. In order to maintain this balance and prevent the occurrence of cancer, the body's vital processes begin to slow down, which leads to aging and, as a result, death.

“It’s not to prolong old age, but to prolong youth!”

We die because biological evolution organized life this way. Immortality is death for any evolutionary process: everyone will live forever as they were born, and nothing new will appear, even in billions of years. This thing was noticed by August Weismann, the great German biologist of the 19th century, and he made a sensational statement: “I regard death not as an obligatory necessity, but as a result of adaptation.”

The more often generations change, the faster the progress. Each new generation can bring something new. Therefore, programmed dying works in nature.

For example, an elephant’s teeth wear out throughout its life, but unlike us, they reappear six times. Abrasion is physical aging. But why does it all end at number six? Perhaps white elephants could live for a thousand years if their teeth changed 30 times.

This also applies, for example, to whales. They, and indeed all mammals that have a lens in the eye, also have crystallin proteins. They are unique in their transparency. It is known that all amino acids in our proteins are L-isomers. And there are also D-isomers, their opposite.

What happens in the crystals of whales when their lifespan is very long? Every ten years, 2% of L-isomers become D-isomers. After two hundred years, 40% become D-isomers. Therefore transparency disappears. Maybe whales wash ashore because the oldest and wisest one leads the whole herd there. But he no longer distinguishes land and water well, and the herd dies.

Sudden death

Based on international recommendations, sudden death occurring within 6 hours of the first symptoms is often due to cardiac arrest or any other cause that cannot be determined. In other words, for doctors, sudden death means death without any known cause. For example, if a person was hit by a car and his death was instantaneous, this does not mean at all that sudden death occurred, since it was caused by injuries incompatible with life. We've sorted out the definition, now let's move on to the symptoms that can serve as a prerequisite for sudden death.

Opening

In order to determine whether a death occurred natural or violent, it is necessary to examine the corpse. The autopsy can be a conventional pathological or forensic one. The first type is carried out in cases where the death was non-violent. Such an autopsy can be carried out in several ways:

  • Abrikosov method;
  • Leshka incision;
  • Shore's method;
  • Fisher's method.

But according to the instructions of the investigating authorities, a forensic autopsy is carried out. During its implementation, the following is established:

  • time of death;
  • the presence and nature of the damage is determined whether it was inflicted during life or after death;
  • mechanisms and methods of causing damage, their sequence;
  • reasons that led to death.

Also, forensic medical examination can resolve other issues of a medical and biological nature. She can tell which non-life-threatening injuries were sustained in the first place, and how exactly the person died.

Symptoms of sudden death

Among the signs that can 100 percent indicate impending problems is lack of blood circulation. But in order to diagnose this, you need to have basic skills. When measuring the pulse, you must understand that this should never be done on the radial artery. The pulse is measured in the external carotid arteries; the best way to do this is to measure the pulsation in the neck. This is done as follows: the number of beats that are counted in 15 seconds must be multiplied by four - and you get the number of beats/min.

Convulsions and lack of consciousness are the second signs that may indicate a state of clinical death or obvious disturbances in the functioning of the human body. At the same time, seizures can be quite difficult to determine, since they are often very fleeting, and during the turmoil that is created in a stressful situation, sometimes no one pays attention to them, and in vain.

The presence or absence of adequate breathing may also indicate problems. Adequate breathing means approximately 16–22 breathing movements in 60 seconds. You can also look at the reaction of the pupils to light, but this symptom cannot be assessed as reliable, since the pupils may react inadequately depending on certain medications or even due to the use of narcotic drugs.

Necessary diagnostics

Before determining what exactly caused the cessation of a person’s life, doctors must make sure that the patient is really dead. Even if a gunshot wound is visible, an investigation is carried out. Perhaps it did not affect vital organs, and the person is alive.

They look at a set of signs, the so-called vital tripod: the preservation of the functions of the central nervous system, breathing and heart activity. But there are situations when doctors can make mistakes.

For example, the safety of breathing can be checked using a mirror, fluff, auscultation or the Winslow test. But they can all be wrong. Any gust of wind, high humidity in the room, or passing traffic can cause incorrect results.

More informative is checking cardiovascular activity. Auscultation of heart contractions, palpation of the pulse, and cardiac impulse are performed. But very weak manifestations of vital activity may go unnoticed.

The most important indicator is the preservation of central nervous system functions. One of the valuable signs is the absence or presence of the corneal reflex. The doctor checks how the pupils react to light. One of the first signs of death is the Beloglazov phenomenon, or “cat's pupil.” The tone of the muscles that constrict the pupil disappears. When the eyeball is compressed, it takes on an oval shape.

Causes of sudden death

Sudden death (the causes of which can be varied) is mostly caused by coronary heart disease, the onset of ventricular fibrillation or, less commonly, cardiac asystole. But, despite the fact that, according to statistics, about 90% of all deaths are caused by heart problems, there is still a fairly wide range of problems due to which this can happen. Despite this, sudden death, the causes of which were mentioned above, actually threatens only a small percentage of humanity, and those who lead a healthy lifestyle are not at risk at all.

Where can sudden death take you by surprise?

As practice shows, it can catch a person absolutely anywhere in the world and at any moment. But the problem is not where sudden death can occur, but that the correct diagnosis is not everywhere and cannot always be determined. It should be understood that there cannot be a sudden death in a person who was being treated in a hospital and suddenly fell dead: it is quite obvious that clinical studies and tests were carried out, on the basis of which anamnesis was recorded, etc. Thus, it is exclusively clinical diagnosis. The same is true if a person dies as a result of a protracted illness.

Why man no longer needs to die

As I said, aging is a special program that was invented by evolution. But now, in fact, we no longer need it, since we no longer count on evolution being too slow for us. It takes millions of years. But from about the 18th–19th centuries, another, incomparably faster factor came into play - technical progress, which still improves living conditions, especially medicine.

And now only this moves humanity forward, not evolution. For humans, evolutionary programs of aging and death from old age itself are harmful atavisms.

Therefore, the greatest task of the 21st century is to solve the problem of eliminating these atavisms, so that people at least postpone death by prolonging youth. In principle, this is a completely realistic task.

Main causes of death

Referring to statistics, heart disease is considered the main cause of all deaths worldwide. As for the second most common cause of death, it is worth noting such a terrible disease as cancer. In countries such as China, people are more susceptible to liver cancer, while lung cancer is more common in Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Portugal, the Netherlands and Denmark. The third cause of death on the list is AIDS (HIV). This “popularity” came from Africa, while in the USA and Europe they were able to more or less cope with this problem. By the way, as for Africa, the problem of tuberculosis is also relevant in this country. The causes of death precisely because of this disease are due to the fact that the country has a very low level of hygiene, and vaccination is not widespread enough for all segments of the population to feel safe.

Among all the countries in the world, Mexico deserves special mention. This is the only country where the main cause of death is cirrhosis of the liver. This is due to the fact that residents of Mexico drink alcohol in relatively large quantities, as well as due to the widespread spread of hepatitis C.

This list ends with less common diseases that are “current” mainly in Asia and Africa. The causes of death in these countries are mainly kidney diseases and respiratory diseases.

Lifestyle is still more powerful than medicine

There are no absolutely healthy people in old age, there are underexamined people - this is what medical wisdom says. And those people who lead a healthy lifestyle are only relatively healthy.

The explanation is very simple: not a single disease suffered by a person remains without damage to the body. Even a cold! Children who are ill for a long time and often (CHI) is a whole problem. And with age, adaptation capabilities decrease, and chronic diseases appear seemingly out of nowhere, but if you look into it... Those who often suffered from coccal infections in childhood can often become kidney patients. Who doesn’t get coccal infections in childhood? This is where the dog is buried.

Therefore, the fight against chronic diseases is the extension of life.

But what will happen to our brain? We don't know how it works, much less how it ages. I remember the humor in short pants:

- Which is better, Alzheimer's or Parkinson's?

- From the point of view of an alcoholic, it is better to spill half a bottle than to forget where it is hidden.

What will a young body give us if we have Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and vascular dementia is progressing?

If we round up, then life expectancy is influenced by: genetics - 10%, 10% - medicine, 20% - climate, about 60% - lifestyle.

The main thing is that same notorious healthy lifestyle that has set everyone’s teeth on edge: physical activity, balanced nutrition, lack of stress, healthy sex, daily routine - all this affects the extension of average life expectancy.

And the climate zone also influences a little. We live in a climate zone that is unfavorable for human life: temperature changes, transition from one diet to another, water and air pollution. It is advisable to live by the warm sea, all year round! This is a Mediterranean climate: Cyprus, Crete.

But the majority of centenarians are still concentrated in moderate mid-mountains. With age, depression of hematopoiesis occurs, and the bone marrow also begins to age. So moderate hypoxia - approximately 1500 meters above sea level - is a stimulating factor. And blood-sucking insects, transmitters of many diseases, do not fly in the mountains; their wings at a rarefied age do not clack-bang-bang-bang. The smog settles, the water is clear. That is, all longevity factors are concentrated in moderate mid-mountain areas.

Red meat - no more than once a week. Poultry, fish, by-products, liver, vegetables and fruits all year round, and preferably a glass of red wine (100–120 ml, no more) once a day. Moreover, the Cabernet Sauvignon variety is preferable (for example, Crimea, the northern slope of the Kacha River).

Death in a dream

Many people believe that the best death comes while you are sleeping. Maybe this is the best option for dying, but no one can confirm this. But as for death in a dream, this is a fairly common fact, especially among older people. Question: Why do people die in their sleep?

Thanks to scientists from the USA who conducted research on this issue, it became known that people die while in the “kingdom of Morpheus”, mainly due to respiratory arrest. This occurs mainly in older people due to the loss of cells that control the breathing process, sending signals to the body to contract the lungs. In principle, this problem can occur in a lot of people, its name is obstructive apnea, and this problem is the main cause of snoring. But there cannot be such a cause of death as obstructive apnea. This is due to the fact that a person experiencing oxygen starvation (lack of oxygen) wakes up. And the cause of death is central sleep apnea. It should be noted that a person may even wake up, but still die due to lack of oxygen, which will result from a stroke or cardiac arrest. But, as mentioned earlier, this disease mainly affects older people. But there are also those who die before reaching old age. Therefore, a very reasonable question arises: why do people die young?

Smoking. Drugs. Alcohol

As for bad habits, such as abuse of alcohol, nicotine, and even more so drugs, this problem every year affects younger and younger segments of the population, who not only put their future children at risk, but also themselves.

Still, the most common cause of death among the young population is unintentional injuries. The reason for this can also be alcohol and drugs, not counting youthful maximalism, which cannot be discounted. Therefore, until teenagers reach adulthood, all responsibility for moral and psychological education lies entirely with the parents.

How does a person feel at the moment of death?

In fact, the question of a person’s feelings after death has worried all of humanity throughout its existence, but only recently have they begun to say with confidence that all people at the moment of death experience definitely the same feelings. This became known thanks to people who experienced clinical death. Most of them claimed that even lying on the operating table, being immobilized, they continued to hear and sometimes see everything that was happening around them. This is possible due to the fact that the brain is the last thing to die, and this happens mainly due to lack of oxygen. Of course, there are stories about a tunnel at the end of which there is a bright light, but there is virtually no reliability of this particular information.

Chapter 7 WHAT HAPPENS AFTER DEATH. HIGH COURT

Is there an afterlife ? Naturally, yes. Humanity, it should be noted, has never doubted this. Even primitive people put weapons, dishes, clothes, i.e., in the graves of their dead fellow tribesmen. prepared them for the afterlife. The ancient Egyptians, Greeks, Romans believed in the other world... What is most curious, similar ideas about the afterlife existed among Australian aborigines, American Indians, African blacks... That is, the peoples at that time had no idea about each other, but at the same time they believed in one thing and the same - the afterlife. All religions of the world (Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc.) claim that our earthly life is only a preparation for the afterlife, in which the righteous will go to Heaven and the sinners to Hell. By the way, believers in one religion or another make up 80% of the world's population. The remaining 20% (atheists), deep down in their souls, probably also understand that after death, things are not limited to eternal lying in a coffin underground. ________________________________ How a person feels before death Many people know when and how they will die. They see it in their dreams, sometimes many years before they die. The closer the last hour approaches, the more a person begins to be interested in the afterlife, the theme of the cemetery and death becomes his favorite. Sometimes at night he dreams of relatives and friends who have already died before him. They calm him down, call him along, remind him of some things that a person needs to complete before leaving this world. __________________________________________________________________ Is Death in a hood and with a scythe really coming to dying people? Many people see the ghost of Death... After such a terrible sight, even the most non-believers begin to understand that yes, the last hour is near. Death can take different forms - an old woman, a young beauty, a man... Death in the form of a skeleton in a hood and with a scythe does not appear to anyone. This is just an artistic fantasy. __________________ Why people die There are no random deaths. When and in what way a person will die is decided in Heaven. And until the hour of death strikes, a person is immortal. You can risk your life as much as you like, fall from the tenth floor, get hit by a car, get poisoned, hang yourself, drown yourself - but if it’s not fate, then it’s not fate. There are millions of cases where a person remained alive under the most incredible circumstances. There is even a proverb about this: “I was born in a shirt... But if a decision is made in Heaven and the hour of death has struck, then nothing can save a person. He dies, despite all efforts and precautions. It seems to people that Death is guided by blind fate. It feels like Death chooses its victims at random. The young and healthy are the first to die, while the old and sick live for what seems like an eternity. Smart, kind, good people die tragically in the prime of their lives, while scoundrels, criminals and murderers live to a ripe old age. A person’s life path can be cut short at any moment by some accident. A bullet, a knife, a brick on the head, an illness, a natural disaster, a car accident, a nervous experience, a fall... Anything can cause a person’s death, and no one is immune from it. In fact, nothing is accidental. Everything is under strict control. Every person dies within the time period that he himself earned. And if to all other people his death seems premature, absurd, erroneous, it means nothing. _________________________________ Who determines the date of death of a person? This is decided by the Supreme Court. It takes place before a person’s death, and not after, as is believed in many religions of the world. The Supreme Court decides whether a person will continue to live, or whether the time has come for him to leave the earthly abode. It also determines the exact time when exactly a person should die. The hour of death may come either a few seconds after the Judgment, or a few days later. The Supreme Court chooses exactly how a person will die and what his death will be like. And most importantly, a verdict is passed: where the person will go after death - to Heaven or Hell. Now there is an opinion among people that supposedly somewhere in Heaven there is a Book of Fates, which determines who should die and when. That is, every person, as it were, has a life span measured from birth. Actually this is not true. Each person “earns” his death only himself. The Supreme Court does not set the date of death of a person from above, but only sums up his life. _________________________ Where and how the Supreme Court is held The Supreme Court is held by all people living on Earth. Absolutely everyone - kings and beggars, saints and murderers, babies and old people, believers and non-believers... There are no exceptions for anyone. Everyone is judged by the same laws - Christians and Muslims, Buddhists and atheists, rich and poor, great and poor. The rules are the same for everyone, and they have not changed for millions of years. Modern people are judged in the same way as Adam and Eve were judged. _____________________ Who is present at the Judgment The man himself, his guardian angels, the souls of people close to him (living and dead) and one of the Heavenly Angels are present. The defendant sees them all as ordinary human figures. Including angels. A person observes everything that happens in reality, as in ordinary, real life. On one side are angels and dead people. On the other side are living relatives and friends. The defendant stands among the living. Opposite him sit angels and dead people. There are many court premises, and they are all different. There are spacious, festive, ceremonial halls filled with light. And there are gloomy, strict, oppressive basements. Each person is tried in exactly the room he deserves. _____________ Judgment Procedure A Heavenly Angel sits in the very center. He announces to the person: “That’s it. We have made a decision. You must leave Earth. Let's see how you lived...” After these words, the angels show a person his life in great detail, like in a movie. Moreover, the defendant sees all events not only from the outside, but also through the eyes of the people around him. It becomes clear to him who really treated him and how: who loved him, who hated him, who helped, who deceived him. He sees all his actions - good and bad. His eyes are opened to many things. At the same time, the angels show a person not only the mistakes he has made, but also the missed opportunities. He can see how his life would have turned out if he had done the right thing and not otherwise. And vice versa, he can see what dangers he managed to avoid. Verdict The life lived is assessed according to the following system: It is as if all the good deeds done by a person are placed on one side of the scale, and on the other side - all the bad things done by him. And they compare. The rating scale is very large. Depending on the readings of the “scales,” a person can end up either in one of the seven levels of Heaven or in one of the seven levels of Hell. Both Heaven and Hell have the best and worst levels. The worst level of Heaven is much better than the best level of Hell. Gold of the lowest standard is still much more valuable than the most first-class dirt. ___________________ What is Good and Evil

Good includes all actions committed under the influence of feelings such as Love, Friendship, Honor, Respect, Compassion, etc. Evil is actions dictated by Hatred, Greed, Vanity, Envy, Cruelty, etc. To evaluate any action, you need to look at what feelings the person was guided by. In ordinary earthly life, people very often try to disguise their vices as virtues. For example, they give money to their neighbors not to help them, but to show off their wealth, please their vanity, and advertise themselves. Or, let’s say, a girl, marrying “for love,” does not actually dream of her husband’s money. That is, her action was caused not by Love, but by Self-interest. At the Supreme Court, the real motives for all actions are clearly visible. It is impossible to hide anything. No explanations, justifications or evidence are required from a person at the Court. They simply show him how everything really happened. All his thoughts, all his secret desires. And he relives all the feelings - joy, pain, sadness, love, grief, happiness... And not only his own, but also the feelings of those people with whom he had to communicate. He experiences the same thing that people experienced from him. How exactly they loved him or hated him, enjoyed the kindness of his soul or were tormented and suffered from its callousness. It is at the Supreme Court that the whole truth of his life is revealed to a person, everything good or bad that he will create on earth. _________________________ How exactly are sins expiated? Many people, having committed sins in earthly life, then try to pay off them, pray for them, and correct them. It's useless. Sins are not forgiven. They are hoarding. On the day of the Supreme Judgment, a person is presented with all his sins - major and minor. Not a single bad deed is written off, lost, or forgotten. Everything, down to the last grain, is collected into a heap and placed on the scale. Good deeds are also not forgotten. They also accumulate. And on the day of the Supreme Court they are placed on another scale. Then they compare. That is, sins can be redeemed in only one way - by good deeds placed on the opposite side of the scale. Every action - bad, good - has its own “weight”, its own “heaviness”. For example, a “ton” of sins can only be balanced by a “ton” of good deeds. And nothing else. _________________ The most serious sins The most serious sins include: – suicide; murder; betrayal; theft. Moreover, the severity of sin depends on the circumstances. It’s one thing for a person to commit murder in defense of his family. And it’s completely different if the murder was committed for profit. Each person, each of his actions is assessed strictly individually. And unlike the earthly criminal court, in the Supreme Court it is impossible to bribe the judge, witnesses or anyone else. A person is taken to Heaven immediately after the decision of the Higher Powers. But the Higher Powers can give him a reprieve for several hours or several years. So that, for example, a person who has earned this right can say goodbye to all his loved ones on Earth and complete his affairs. For example, a person is raising small children or caring for sick parents, and his death will put them all in a difficult situation. To those relatives and friends to whom the dying person cannot say goodbye in person, he appears in a dream. They see a strange, disturbing dream. And only after some time these relatives learn the bitter news. Sometimes the hour of death is postponed for many, many years. Until the next decision of the Higher Powers. There can be a maximum of three such decisions of the Higher Powers in a person’s life. After the first two they give deferments, and the third time they take it away completely. ______ Example: A male driver was involved in serious car accidents twice. In both cases he remained alive. The third accident ended tragically for him. _______ Example: A woman was supposed to die at 50 years old. Her own grandmother, who had long since died, fussed in Heaven for her granddaughter, trying to place her in a good place. In fact, going to Heaven in a good place is considered a great blessing. And the sooner the better. Life in Heaven is much more attractive than life on Earth. Therefore, dead people work for the living, trying to hasten their death. Living people, not knowing anything about it, on the contrary, are afraid of death and are trying with all their might to push it away. The woman discussed at the beginning of the example extended her life by taking in an orphanage child. Heaven decided to leave her on Earth for now, so that the little child would not lose his mother. _______________ What is death? Death is the transition of a person from the Earthly world to the Heavenly one.

The transition of a person from one world to another is strictly controlled. In reality, dying is not that easy. Even among suicides, not all suicide attempts achieve their goal. It is impossible to die without the permission of the angels. The same suicides can commit suicide only when the Higher Powers give the go-ahead. ____________________________ What happens at the moment of death Gradually, a person’s physical pain disappears. Complete peace and tranquility ensues. A person sees his lifeless body as if from the outside. He watches people cry around him, hears their voices, watches the doctors who are trying to revive his body. When a dead person tries to speak to the living, he finds that no one can see or hear him. When he tries to touch living people, his hands pass freely through their bodies without encountering any obstacles. After some time, the soul goes to Heaven. This happens in several ways. Everyone leaves in the way they deserve. A column of bright light descends from above to righteous people, and their Souls seem to soar upward. This is the best way. The worst is when a person quickly flies with a terrible roar through a narrow black pipe, at the end of which there is a bright light. The remaining options are between these two poles. Sometimes a person walks through a dark tunnel, sometimes along an alley, sometimes up the stairs somewhere upward. Finally the soul reaches the Supreme Court. The body at this time lies without any signs of life - the heart does not beat, there is no breathing. If a person is sentenced and he goes to either Heaven or Hell, then the body dies completely. It becomes cold, numb, cadaverous spots appear on it, it begins to rot and after a while decomposes. _________________________ What is clinical death It is believed that clinical death occurs due to short-term cardiac arrest. That is, the heart could not stand it, it began to malfunction, and the person found himself on the verge of death. Therefore, when trying to bring a person back to life, the first thing they do is massage the heart. In fact, everything is not like that. Clinical death is the case when the Higher Powers make a decision whether a person will continue to live or die. If a person is allowed to live, then he comes to life. And cardiac arrest is a consequence, a secondary factor. The heart can be 100% healthy - it will still stop. Because the soul leaves the body. Whether a person returns to life does not depend on the efforts of doctors who perform cardiac massage. It depends on the decision of the Higher Powers. In the film “Forgotten Melody for the Flute,” directed by Eldar Ryazanov, there is an episode with the clinical death of the main character (actor Leonid Filatov): doctors unsuccessfully try to revive his body using the latest medical equipment. It's all useless. After the doctors stopped all attempts and headed for the exit, the main character (actress Tatyana Dogileva), who loved the hero Leonid Filatov, began to sob and lament over the lifeless body. And a miracle happened - the hero came to life! This episode, despite its cinematic nature, has an absolutely real basis. The main character was returned to Earth by Higher Powers, because his death would have caused a lot of grief to the woman who loved him. The heroine of Tatyana Dogileva begged for the life of the hero Leonid Filatov. The doctors had nothing to do with it. The question arises: Do doctors then need to save a person in clinical death? Why try if everything still depends only on the decision of the Higher Powers. Answer: Doctors need this. A medical worker is obliged to save a dying person in any situation, to fight for human life until the last second. This is his duty. Doctors have a special place with angels. The time will come, the time will come, and each doctor at his Supreme Court will be personally responsible for himself. On one side of the scale will be placed all the efforts of doctors to save people, on the other - all the cases when the doctor, having given up his hand, did not fully fulfill his duty. Doctors in Heaven are not judged by whether the patient survives or not. It doesn't depend on them. They are judged differently: whether the doctor did everything to save the dying person or not. Many doctors admit in personal conversations that the more they work, the more they understand that a person’s life is not in their hands. Too often, people die before their eyes who, it seemed, still had time to live. And all the procedures were carried out normally, and the patient’s health is not bad, and the medical equipment is super, on the verge of fantasy, but if it’s not fate, then it’s not fate - the patient dies. And vice versa, sometimes a patient enters the clinic with almost a severed head in his hand, and after some time he feels healthier than many healthy people. When a doctor treats a patient, he does it not for the sake of the patient, but for his own sake. It is his duty to treat the sick. But the result of the treatment completely depends on the angels. Doctors are just intermediaries between sick people and angels. If the angels decide to take a person to Heaven, then no, even the most certified, doctors can do anything. The patient dies. At the same time, the most hopeless patient can be cured without any medical help. There are known cases of miraculous healings near the relics of saints. ___________________________ Why is clinical death necessary? What do people who have experienced clinical death remember? Someone remembers everything, down to the smallest detail. Some people still remember individual episodes of the Supreme Court, something like “your whole life flashed before your eyes in one second.” Some people don't remember anything at all. But in any case, after clinical death, people look at the world completely differently. They are convinced that there is an afterlife, they stop being afraid of their death, they become kinder, more humane... This, by the way, is the meaning of clinical death. This is a very powerful tool used by angels to direct a person’s life in the right direction. In ordinary life, angels communicate with a person through an inner voice. But if a person stubbornly does not hear him, then sometimes the angels arrange for him to have a personal meeting with themselves. Example: A story from a person who survived the Supreme Court. Woman, 58 years old, Valentina, died in 1996. Her daughter says: “Mother and stepfather lived for 24 years. Her stepfather beat her severely. When I told my mother: “Leave him!”, She answered: “It’s enough that you grew up without a father.” My stepfather died when my mother was 45 years old. Left alone, my mother continued to do all the hard village work alone. She worked in the garden, mowing hay for her cow, just like the men. But she began a normal, calm life. And the people in the village began to envy her greatly. In 1995, my mother began to experience severe abdominal pain. Doctors were unable to establish an accurate diagnosis. When I told my mom that it was damage, she didn’t believe me. In general, my mother was not a deeply religious person, she rarely went to church and was skeptical about any talk about the other world, denying all this mysticism. Twenty days before her death, she became paralyzed. The stomach pain went away immediately. Mom was really looking forward to her daughter and grandchildren, who were supposed to come from afar. She hasn't seen them for five years. And then the day came when my mother said with complete indifference in her voice: “I will die tomorrow.” When everyone arrives, I will no longer be there. And bury me next to my father. To the question: “How do you know this?” - answered: - I was at the Court, that’s what they told me. - At what trial? - At the Highest. I was in the room, all of you were sitting there - both the living and the dead, both Orthodox and Old Believers. (Note: Valentina herself is of the Orthodox faith, and her already deceased husband (my stepfather) is an Old Believer. When she got married, she accepted his faith.) The living stood in front of the table at which the dead were sitting. In the very center of the table sat the main Starover, next to my deceased husband. I'm standing in front of them. The Chief Starover tells me: “We are waiting for you. You will come to us soon. But the only place for you is next to your husband. We have determined when you will leave." I answer him: “I don’t want to leave.” “Okay, but if you continue to live, continuous torment and illness await you...” And they showed me exactly what awaited me. Again, like in the movies. “And if you leave now,” Starover continued, “you will get a place in Heaven next to your husband. It was he himself who arranged this place for you. And you can have your sister in three years.” The mother agreed to leave now. She was given time to say goodbye to all her family until tomorrow. And the next day, waking up in the morning, she said: “I was there again. They are all waiting for me. They are so joyful. But they said I would die on Friday." (It should be added that this was said by a paralyzed man lying dying. By that time, even healthy people no longer remembered what day of the week it was.) It was Thursday, and the next morning on Friday she was gone. My sister and children arrived late in the evening. The most interesting thing is that after the Supreme Court, my mother asked to be buried next to her husband. Although before that she wanted to be buried near her parents in an Orthodox cemetery. But, having seen at the High Court how her husband really treated her, she changed her mind. She was buried next to her husband in the Old Believer cemetery. Three years and six days later, her sister died. _____________________________________ A good place in the next world must be earned

Pay attention to the phrase “He got this place for you.” What does it mean? The fact is that good places in the Heavenly World are always occupied. There are plenty of places in Hell. And to get to Heaven, you have to try hard. Every person living on Earth has someone who cares about him in Heaven. This is the closest person in spirit who died earlier. It could be a husband, wife, father, mother, relative, friend. Spiritual kinship is much more important than blood kinship. In turn, after death, each of us will be asked to choose someone whom he would like to take with him to Heaven. You can only take one. As a rule, the choice falls on the person you love most. It’s not for nothing that many fairy tales about lovers end like this: “They lived happily ever after and died on the same day.” In fact, one died and took the other with him. Sometimes it is not possible to take your loved one with you on the same day. The second is allowed to go to Heaven only after some time. Therefore, this happens very often. Two people live happily ever after. Then one, for example, the husband, dies. Having buried her husband, the wife grieves, loses interest in life, suddenly “gives up,” and the light in her eyes goes out. And a few months later she follows her husband into another world. People say: “I couldn’t bear the bitterness of separation, the loss finished her off...” In fact, her deceased husband took her with him. All these few months he was there, in Heaven, fussing for her, seeking permission for her to leave Earth. Sometimes the angels do not issue such permission for years. For several reasons. Most often, the person who is being taken care of in Heaven has not yet finished all his work on Earth. ________________________________ Long life - reward or punishment? It depends on the circumstances. If a person died early, this does not mean at all that he did something wrong and was not allowed to live longer because of this. A long, lonely old age brings more torment than joy. A person must live nine lives on Earth, moving from one body to another after death. Only after this is his soul transferred to the next level. But a person must live these nine lives not just anyhow, but with meaning. The point is this: a person must constantly solve various problems that life puts before him. Some people successfully cope with this condition and completely solve the whole cycle of problems - family, children, work, love, friendship... Such people live happily and die on time in the circle of their family and friends. Others make mistakes, and they are punished - either by too long a lonely old age, or by premature death in the prime of life. When a child under the age of 7 dies, it is primarily a punishment for the parents. This means that somehow they deserved such grief. For the child himself, early death is a reward. Because in this case he gets one life. It doesn’t matter whether you died as an adult or a child, life still feels lived. The sooner the soul lives nine lives, the better. This means that she will move earlier to the next level, to another world, and which is much more interesting, easier and better than us on Earth. There, in Heaven, not only the number of lives lived is taken into account, but also their quality. A child under seven years of age is considered completely sinless, pure, like an angel. Died babies after the Supreme Court automatically go to Heaven. For adults, things are different. The early death of an adult is either God's mercy or God's punishment.

Source _________________________________ A selection of statuses about death You should not be afraid of death! While we are alive, it is not there, and when it comes, we will no longer be there. Until we know what death is, it is not logical to fear it. Nobody dies too early, everyone dies on time. Death is close enough that there is no need to fear life. (F. Nietzsche) The evil created by man does not disappear with his death. (Stephen King) Instead of fearing the inevitable death, we should fear that we will be unprepared for its arrival. They say that the day of death is the same as everyone else's, only shorter. (Dolan's Cadillac) Death is not at the opposite pole from life, but is hidden within life itself. (Haruki Murakami) How much does it take to preserve the memory of a person? Hours of work for a marble maker. Death is placed at the end of life so that it is more convenient to prepare for it. (Kozma Prutkov) Have the courage to live. Anyone can die. (Robert Cody) I'm not afraid to die. I just don't want to be there. Death is happiness for a dying person. When you die, you cease to be mortal. Death is an arrow shot at you, and life is the moment it reaches you!!! There is no need to be afraid of death! While we are alive she is not there, and when she comes we will no longer be there. Dying today is scary, but someday it will be nothing. Death is the greatest mathematician, for he solves all problems without error. A day is a small life, and you have to live it as if you were supposed to die now, and you were unexpectedly given another day... Living is harmful, people die from it. We shed our most bitter tears because of words that were never spoken and deeds that were never completed... Only death turns life into destiny. Before you die, have time to get weird! It's good in heaven, but in hell you have more friends! Life separates people more often than death. Millions of people passionately desire immortality, but do not know what to do on a rainy Sunday. When you were born, you cried, and the world rejoiced at your birth. Live your life so that when you die, the world weeps for you, and you rejoice. The best way to use life is to live it so that it continues after your death. When a person is gone, it doesn’t matter what he was like. What matters is whether the world notices the difference. While we mourn the loss of a friend or loved one, heaven rejoices in meeting him.
